Not what you would expect

Not what you would expect from a Crown Plaza! The hotel is outdated and certainly can use and upgrade. The bed linens are hard and crisp but the pillows are soft. The room itself is nothing special and here again an upgrade is warranted.

The hotel is an older hotel very clean staff is great the restaurant and bar are really good the hotel itself is just a little rundown could use some updating

Prom night

The room was definitely satisfying for the price. Wanted to stay at the location downtown but the rate was about $50 more plus parking fees. So this one worked out just fine and was still very close in proximity of the prom location and we could still see the beautiful view of the Dallas skyline.

It was fine but it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

It's ok to stay.

Bed bugs in the room. Then they give us another room. But air conditioning was making too noisy. The another room in one day. It's too much to carry the luggage room to room for older people like us.

Update needed

Pros: The bed and pillows maybe the best I've ever had in a hotel
Cons: Either repair or tho out broken outdoor furniture, it looks a shambles.
Location: Middle of now where and unless you have transport, nothing is nearby, not even a shop
Seriously needs a refurb and/or some maintenance, a little grubby- my bathroom vanity had shaving residue and whiskers from the previous guest that had not been cleaned. Bathroom condiments looked old and like they had been refilled, I used my own. The worst... Dinner in the dining room was horrendous, I could not eat any of it. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, very helpful.
