Close to Art District

Hoping the shuttle would pick us up after going to concert, but they were closed. Disappointed that on a week-end the shuttle didn't stay to pick up guest of hotel!

Pros: Location, staff.
Location: Kennedy museum. Near public transportation, near West End.
I totally enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable.

Crickets, Crickets, Crickets everywhere. My entire room was covered with crickets. The humidity had the entire hotel smelling like mold. The hotel rooms needs to be cleaned better and updated

Lots and Lots of Crickets in Downtown Dallas Quote from Mike Merchant from an urban entomologist for Texas AgriLIFE Extension Service: “Crickets aren’t carriers of diseases and are a mere nuisance to people” Thank you for staying with us at Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown. We would like to inform you that the Texas area experiences cricket traffic. Twice a year crickets invade the downtown area in large numbers. It lasts only a short time and they are completely harmless. Unfortunately, at times, they may find their way into the hotel. If you do notice a cricket, please call or see us at the front desk so we can rectify the situation immediately. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this unavoidable seasonal migration of crickets.

Pros: The room was perfect.
Cons: Breakfast and coffee
Location: near Deep Ellum - lot's of places to eat and hang out.
very pleased with my stay although the breakfast left much to be desired; the coffee can be upgraded.

Great place to stay!

I really enjoyed staying in the Crowne Plaza. The staff was very kind, and the hotel bar was pretty great.

Hotel close to historic west end

Great restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus station with lots of homeless right next door. Very small bathroom.

Nice hotel in downtown Dallas

Great location close to many attractions. I would definitely stay here again. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

Noisy AC

AC made a screeching noise hourly. Valet staff was not reachable by phone and rude in person.
