Nice Hotel

Pros: The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Cons: No microwave in room
Location: Great restaurant near by and about 10 minutes away from Verizon Theathre
The staff was professional and friendly. Made us feel welcome.

Nice Hotel close to Six Flag

I didn't like how much time I spent trying to get checked in, especially when my suite room was pre booked, I didn't get the room I had booked, I got a room that was assessable and I had three children with me, it wasn't a good room, the shower didn't have curtains or shower doors.

Rooms are terrible

Pros: Bartender was friendly
Cons: Cleanliness, new beds
Room was filthy. Tub filled with water from previous tenant. Hair and urine all over toilet and floor. Pillows flat and small. Pullout bed in couch was broken and covered with stains.

Pros: The warm, indoor pool.
Cons: Overall cleanliness.
There were no hooks on which to hang your towels in the bathroom, and the shower curtain did not span the entire shower. These are relatively small things, but serve as examples of the overall poor quality of the hotel's general condition.

Clean and friendly, expect the pool broke all the kids out. I did call and report to front desk.

Proximity near very many attractions

The staff is very attentive and helpful. Hotel is close enough to resteraunts. Not too far from downtown areas. Rooms are very clean as well. Had a great experience.

Not worth the $

This place was definitely not worth the money. The staff was great but that was about it. We froze!! Our heat didn't work. The place smelled terrible. Everything was extremely outdated. Would not stay again.

Love the location. Really close to Six Flags and restaurants. Suites very spacious for a family of 4.
