Great Hotel in Arlington

Pros: We loved the open design as all rooms open onto the atrium. Such a wonderful sense of light and space!
Cons: Although the suite features a small fridge and a coffee pot, it would be a mistake to think that this suite is good for self catering.
Location: The location is great for access to the football stadium, to the ball park, (to Six Flags amusement park in season), and to a number of restaurants.
We stayed 6 nights. We enjoyed the suite style which offered a measure of privacy to three adults. We had lots of room. We used the pool and the laundry - great. We found that the restaurant was good with a limited dinner menu. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. We used the hotel shuttle to access public transport and that worked out well for us for Dallas and Fort Worth but not to visit within Arlington. To access sites in Arlington we had to pay for private transport, whether a van from the hotel when it was available, Uber taxi or private taxi. It seemed to us that walking is not facilitated in Arlington and we could not always find a sidewalk. However, there were walk lights to cross major roads. The hotel lobby featured access to two computers and a printer which all worked all week!! This was a great help to us to get the info we needed to get around.

Nice hotel and close to Cowboys Stadium

Pros: Close to Cowboys Stadium. Nice indoor pool and exercise area
Cons: I liked it just like it was.
Location: We were only there for 2 days and were not tourists. We only needed to be at the Cowboys Stadium.
We were very pleased with the hotel staff. They came by to say hello and to ask if we needed anything else. The most polite hotel staff I have ever experienced.

Dissapointed

Location: Dallas Cowboys football game.
The hotel was older and was evident it needed painting in areas. The room had stained carpet and outdated bathroom. This was a suite with no microwave. We stayed two nights, our room was not cleaned and we had to call down for extra towels the second day. The star bucks was out of soy both days, and the breakfast buffet for $15 was horrible. Definately not worth the $200 per night we paid to stay here.

Nice hotel close to the stadium. Nice motel

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Shuttle service wasn't available to us very much.
Location: At&T stadium and six flags
I booked this motel because it was close to At&t stadium. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The only issue I had was I had called to see if there was a free shuttle to the stadium and I was told there was. There is not, the shuttle cost $40 to go 2.7 miles. And if you need a shuttle to the airport of from they will pick you up, but I was told for the return flight that they were booked full. So if you need a shuttle you need to get on the list way in advance.

Lobby is shabby and dated. Rooms are clean, but dated. Beds was ok. Service at front desk was less than stellar. Responses to questions were minimal and not very friendly or inviting. Service at buffet breakfast was very nice. Servers and staff working the buffet line (behind the counter) were friendly and helpful, accommodating even.

Decent stay at best.

Pros: Location and large room at a nice price.
Cons: Faster check-in time. Better climate control. Cleaner elevators. Free breakfast would be nice.
Location: Great location. Close to Rangers, Cowboys, and Six Flags.
The staff was plenty friendly. Only one computer working when I checked in and it took about 35 minutes to get my room even though I had reserved the room previously. The room never got cool. I tried the A/C on different temperatures from 68 down to 60 and the room was too hot and stuffy. The elevators were dirty and smelled like dirty socks. The staff was nice enough to allow a late check out.

A wolf in sheeps clothing

The hotel looks like a motel from the inside. I was very unhappy with it! I was expecting (from the pictures and other reviews) to be staying in a somewhat nicer hotel. I was almost in tears when we arrived and saw the motel like look with windows from the living room area facing out to the hallway of the hotel. The La Quintas I have stayed at are much nicer. Sink drained loudly all night, window linens were ripped, red stains on old nasty carpet, hotel smelled awful! For almost $300 for one night I expected much better - will never stay at a crowne plaza again

We stayed at the hotel to see a cowboys game which was very convient. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The transportation they provided was also an unknown bonus!
