Need to keep up on appearance

Pros: We like the proximity to AT&T stadium.
Cons: Update the bathrooms, and ensure the rooms are cleaned thoroughly and consumers won't have a problem paying the high rates at this hotel.
Location: We love the fact that this hotel is just minutes from AT&T stadium and Six Flags over Texas. Its also close to the Bowling Hall of Fame.
My son & I stay at this hotel every time we fly to Arlington for Cowboys games. We love the hotel. However, when we arrived for our recent stay, we were a little disappointed with the cleaning of the room. First, when we arrived, I noticed a pretty thick cup stain on the end table in the bedroom. This was the day we arrived. I tossed it up to the fact that someone forgot to wipe it down. The next day, after the room was cleaned, it was still there. So, I told my son that I wanted to see how long it would take to clean the table. Well, we were there for 7 nights and it was still there when we left. So, I was a little leery about what else was not cleaned properly. Second, the water in the shower did not drain well at all. I take about 5-10 minute showers and the water covered my feet by the time I got out. Finally, there is no vent in the bathroom. So, if you take a warm to hot shower, prepare for a steam filled room. Now, this in not that big of a deal, but for the money we pay to stay there, I would expect the rooms to be cleaned properly and the rooms a little more updated than they are in their current state.

Attended a Cowboys game on 11/20. Stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Short visit - spacious, clean room. Restaurant services were good, food was good and priced accordingly.

Close to Stadium, but just OK

Pros: location to the stadium pool was warm
Cons: update inside of hotel, rooms need an overhaul
Rooms are very dated. Carpet has stains. Bathroom needs updating. No vent in bathroom. Sheets are terribly uncomfortable. Overall, it's seen it's better days.

Hotel is nice - stayed here to go to Dallas game...asked about shuttle service & was told they don't have one, but when we arrived, were told there was 3rd party service; paid $50 for parking at game & it took an hour & a half to get out of parking lot; would've been nice if hotel staff had been able to accurately answere question when we called after making reservation

Disappointed

Location: That was perfect!
Beds were stiff. Cockroaches by the pool. Loud parting beyond Midnight.

Wonderful stay

We chose this hotel because it was close to Globe Life Park and then we found out that there was a trolley service to to the stadium which was a huge plus. The entire staff was great. The room was wonderful. Everything was so clean and nice. We would absolutely stay here again.

NOT ALL SUITES

Cons: advertise correctly
This hotel says in it's description in Expedia "All 200 rooms provide conveniences like sofa beds and living rooms, plus free WiFi and LCD TVs with cable channels." We stayed last year and were happy with the suite. This year, we had a room with 2 double beds only - no suites. I assumed all rooms were suites as advertised. Then, no cots were available and the room was not comfortable for 3 men - 2 who had to sleep together when last year they did not. Don't say you are all suites when you aren't.
