Overall good stay

Staff was great! We booked a double but they only had a King. Breakfast was good but understaffed.

Very nice staff, close to the airport and other major DFW attractions. Room is clean and comfortable.

Cons: don't know as I was only there one night
Location: I don't know what is nearby as I was there due to last minute travel change.
1 night stay at a nice facility with an excellent staff at the front desk and in the bar/dining room.

A dissapointment at best.

Location: Location of hotel was great.
Requested 2 queen bed room, but had double beds instead. Asked for a roll away bed that night for my grandson but was told it was against rules by the lady at front desk. She was unfriendly and rude even after I told her the man at the desk earlier said I could have one. I had to sleep in the chair in the room. It was very frustrating. Also, only one elevator worked most of the time we were there.

Please accept my apologies for not being able to meet your needs. We do not offer a two queen beds room type and due to fire code we are not able to put a rollaway bed into rooms with two double beds. We should have been clearer on the explanation and be able to find a solution for such a request.

UGGGH NO SLEEP!!!

Location: Great Karaoke bar next door!
The renovations are amazing. However, upon booking I was not told that there was renovations and work during my time of stay. At check in,(NOT BEFORE) I was warned, but it was too late to change my reservation. I arrived Saturday at 10 pm and was warned construction starts at 9 am upon check in. When they said this, I did not know it would be jack hammering, nails, etc. Also, the maids were gabbing really loud at 8 AM! I woke up at 7 Am to this on a SATURDAY! I thought that they would be possibly painting or doing semi- quite renovations. I did not get any sleep and chose to move to a new hotel, because I needed my sleep! Although it was a beautiful hotel and staff was great, my sleep is priceless, For this alone I would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel from lobby to room to bathrooms. Very nice and friendly staff. Great restaurant/bar in lobby. Great location for attending a Cowboys game. Shuttle to and from airport very efficient.
