Pros: Close to downtown, restaurants and venues.
Cons: Valet service.
Location: Restaurants, museums, and civic facilities.
Hotel is in a great location but with any large hotel, be prepared to pay for extras, i.e. valet, breakfast, etc. Valet takes a while to get your car, so call enough ahead to have it down there. We called 15 minutes ahead and still had to wait for 15 minutes on one outing. Also, we got our invoice for the room stay on our last day slid under our door around 6 or so and the person that put it underneath the door was singing so loud it woke my wife up, so maybe a little more consideration in that area. Otherwise a nice stay.

Close to Deep Ellum

We stayed here because it was close to the location of our holiday party. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. The short Uber ride to Deep Ellen for the event and the quick access to the interstate to head home made this hotel a perfect choice. I would stay at this hotel again

Toilet had urine all over when I raised up the toi

Pros: Train was just few feet away.
Cons: You must clean your toilets. Staff has to lift the toilet seat each time the clean the toilet.
Location: The Mexican restaurant on Main Street had the best Tacos in the US.
Would NOT recommend. Over priced for no apparent reason. Horrible food - hamburger was horrible! The Westin is $100 cheaper and is just as good if not better.

Nice hotel close to the art district center

We normally have a great experience at this hotel. This time we got a room with a poor view. The view was to the other buildings- not very good. Fortunately we only stayed one night! Not a very romantic room!

They charged me for a breakfast that I had NOT EATEN and THAT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE THAT I HAD PREPAID. They did take it off the bill. At least that is what they said.

clean modern downtown hotel

Pros: clean, friendly, modern, safe, easy to get around
last minute decision to stay downtown, hotel was clean and modern, professional helpful staff, very clean and modern room, easy downtown location. Nothing but tops for me (my room was expensive but it was a sold out weekend)

Nice hotel

Easy access to downtown public Transportation and convention centre, I was staying 2 nights for the convention show CEDIA 2015. Recommended to anyone staying in downtown Dallas Texas
