Dallas marathon

We came to run in the Dallas Marathon and it was a great location! It saved us a lot of money by not staying down town and if only took about 10 minutes to get down there. The room was comfortable and fairly clean

Service has deteriorated

Had a great first stay here a few months back that we decided to book here again based on that experience. But this time, totally different. Asked the front desk for a double bed room upon check in and still was given a single bed, as if my request fell on deaf ears. Stayed 2 nights and room was not cleaned even once, even after requesting for turnover a couple of times...

Excellent hotel when you need something special!!!

This was an excellent way to spend my 40th wedding anniversary! From the first greeting to my final good bye, the staff at this facility were nothing short of outstanding!!!! Plans changed on my dinner arrangements and I needed some help quickly! Your guys stepped in and made my arrangements at Truluck's! From your Shuttle Driver to the rose peddles on our table! Incredible!!! Thank you all!! I'll be back!!!

Close to American Airline Center

Pros: Hotel staff and location
Location: American Airline Center Trinity Forest (about 15-20 minutes away) Great fun for the family!
We stayed at this hotel because it was close to American Airline Center because we were seeing the hockey game. Hotel was decent. We had our two kids with us and it said there was a pull out sofa for them. So four could sleep in the room. The sofa was small and not very comfortable. Other than that our stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel

I had a 3 night stay and it was good overall. My only complaint is that the shower curtain was too short so every time someone took a shower, the bathroom floor was flooded. I'm actually shocked that this happened at a Marriott. That's more of a Motel 6 issue. Get it together Marriott.

Overall, great. Just a few minor issues.

Location: Didn't really explore, I was at a conference.
The room was very comfortable with nice TVs and high def channels. Watched the NFL Network constantly. There were a couple of small issues, including the fridge making a high pitched sound that made it hard to sleep and the iron was junk. But these were specific to my room and I'm sure that other rooms were great! Also, this hotel is VERY close to the Hilton Anatole where I had a conference this weekend. Literally took 2 minutes to get there.

Cozy yet minor details that needed to improve

Location: Hospital, and 8 miles within downtown dallas
Bed sheets smelled like Clorox, water pressure for the shower head was high, and the express check out was complicated. I contacted the number they game me and phone wouldn't dial out and I also tried using the check out through the tv and they had the my name was no where to be found on the checklist. The front were kind enough to checkout for me.

Comfortable, but a few missing details.

Pros: Great service, fast early check-in, polite staff throughout. Very clean exterior, interior & room was clean & acceptable. Ample & free parking.
Cons: Only ice available had to be ordered from front desk? No real drinking glasses in room, & only one paper cup. Kleenex gone after 6 pieces. Took two hours for staff to arrive to connect a very difficult internet connection.
Location: Really didn't notice, we met friends at the hotel & they drove us to different destinations.
