It's okay

Hotel was nice the breakfast was expensive especially if you're traveling with kids so there's some restaurants you can go to. The only thing that I didn't like is the shuttle service I asked if the could take us to the Airline Center they said yes but can't bring us back because he would have a hard time getting back to us "really" we drove our car and it was no problem maybe they should say on there hotel will shuttle but if traffic bad can't pick you up.

Nice place. Don't understand having to pay to park

Parking should be included with room. Breakfast over priced. These two items would have me looking elsewhere.

Not convenient for sight-seeing

Location: Historic district, JFK Assassination site &c
Great Hotel, well appointed and with helpful and courteous staff - however it is quite some distance from where it all 'happens' in Dallas but, to compensate, the Hotel provides a free, bookable, shuttle bus to take you anywhere (obviously within reason) and the driver provides a number to call when you're ready to return.

The only thing that I didn't care for was had made a reservation for a one room suite with two double beds when arriving they say they did not have the room we reserved and had to take a room with one king bed

Smelly

Pros: close to venue attended, good location overall, staff.
Cons: Check and double check your rooms to confirm cleanliness
Location: We went to a fund raiser party about 5 miles from the hotel so it was a close and not a long drive.
There was dog food left in the closet and the floors smelt like dog urine. I wasn't happy with the room but it was last minute change and we had a busy schedule for that one night. Overall though hotel, parking, food, service was great. Just need to double check their rooms.

Location: close to Love field and fine dining
Room was clean and roomy, staff was courteous. The room rate ws good. We would stay again.

Overall very nice!

The room was very nice. My only suggestions would be easier connection to the free wifi, ice machine available on each floor and check the extra bedding in the closets, the blanket and sheets in my room smelled bad.

Decent hotel. Can't handle being fully booked

I booked a double bed, but since I booked through a third party, they didn't honor my request. I got a king instead. When I called to tell them about it, they left me on hold for almost ten minutes. I had to call down and request blankets multiple times because they never brought them up. I understand the hotel was booked solid, but considering they didn't give me the room I purchased, I'd expect them to do everything in their power to make sure I had an enjoyable stay.
