Conference at UT Southwestern

The hotel provided shuttle service to my conference. The room layout was well planned with a separate living area, work counter and separate bedroom with glass French doors. Even though I was close to the elevators, I did not hear any noise from the hall when I shut the french doors.

Nice hotel close to the interstate.

We had an awesome stay here. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was enough room for everyone to do their own thing without getting in the other person's space. It was four of us traveling, (2 adults, a teenager and a 5 year old) and the room could sleep up to six people. The area was very nice and quiet too. The only downfall was no microwave and the cable network sucked... But overall it was a great stay, I will most definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very respectful, the room was very clean and spacious, I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone that visits the downtown Dallas area. Awesome hotel!!

Love the area, but staff was not knowledgeable about where everything was.ask for microwave and never got it. The breakfast was good but waitress was rude .

Pros: Room was facing the backside of the hotel and very quiet.
Cons: I wish there had been a microwave in my room. I was in town for the Hot Chocolate 15k and eating specific food before the run is very important
Nice room. Second time I have stayed here. Hotel had water issues, and water was shut off until around 5, but this did not create any issues for me.

Requested double beds, got a king. Room newly remodelled, so nice. We used the in room room service card that said it strarts at 6 am. Didn't get our order until 7:15...this was after a couple of calls. Next day, coffee in room had not been replaced, so we had to deal with housekeeping again for this. Next day.....no towels had been left. Once again, had to call desk. I was there 3 nights, and had to make multiple calls to desk to get the basic needs. Didn't know I would have to keep a check on things that you basically assume would be there.

Room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the construction/remodeling going on above us during the day but we were not there most of the day and were able to nap despite the noise.
