Nice spacious room/suite

Pros: Location, shuttle service and really attractive, well appointed room.
Cons: Evening desk staff neglected to record our morning shuttle reservations - 8 of us were stressed out! Another van was called and we were accommodated.
We enjoyed the spacious room/suite with 2 TVs. The hotel was full and yet very quiet. We had a light dinner one evening and it was good and priced appropriately. There was a little mix-up on the timing for the hotel shuttle early morning departure to the convention center, but Marriott came through for us and we were only a few minutes late for a meeting.

Beautiful hotel at a great location!

This hotel was perfect for my reason visiting Dallas. It was close to everything! The room was beautiful and the staff of was friendly and fast. Loved the check out using the TV.

excellent stay.

overall perfect hotel to stay in. only thing was parking was $10 a night. staff was helpful and friendly. gave me a room with only 1 bed at checking in, when I reserved a 2 bed room. was quick to change it for us. was very satisfied.

Great stay, will be back soon

The staff was great. We arrived early and had a late flight and both times, they were able to keep our luggage. They even got us into our rooms a bit earlier. A quick uber trip to downtown for shopping, drinks and food.

Don't stay on First Floor

The hotel was wonderful however the first night we stayed on the first floor and the walls were so thin that we heard our neighbor snoring the entire night.

Ok stay

Receptionist was not very nice. She was short and seemed annoyed. I asked for hot water for tea and it came about 30 min later and it was luke warm at best. Expedia said a room with a king bed but it was two full. Hotel seemed old carpet needed to be changed u can hear other people very well the highway is super loud and room was overall depressing. Bonus was free Starbucks coffee in the morning downstairs.
