Service has deteriorated

Had a great first stay here a few months back that we decided to book here again based on that experience. But this time, totally different. Asked the front desk for a double bed room upon check in and still was given a single bed, as if my request fell on deaf ears. Stayed 2 nights and room was not cleaned even once, even after requesting for turnover a couple of times...
