Requested double beds, got a king. Room newly remodelled, so nice. We used the in room room service card that said it strarts at 6 am. Didn't get our order until 7:15...this was after a couple of calls. Next day, coffee in room had not been replaced, so we had to deal with housekeeping again for this. Next day.....no towels had been left. Once again, had to call desk. I was there 3 nights, and had to make multiple calls to desk to get the basic needs. Didn't know I would have to keep a check on things that you basically assume would be there.

Thank you very much for your feedback and our sincere apologies for service breakdown during your stay. This is not normal for our hotel and I have notified to related department manager to make sure this doesn't happen to a future guest. We hope to see you again and to show you how great we really are.
