When arriving at the hotel we were told the system to assign the keys to the hotel rooms was down.. This meant anytime we needed to leave our room and get back in we had to go down to the lobby and ask to be let into our room. In the elevator ride to be let into our room one of the hotel staff casualty mentioned that if our shower wasn’t getting hot water run the faucet for a few minutes first. After letting it run for almost 20 minutes all the way to the hot side, our shower never got hot water during our stay. The hotel itself looked nice and was kept very clean, but to say this was a very disappointing stay is an understatement and will look for other hotels next time we are in the area.

We've stayed at this Marriott location in the past and the rooms and service have always been great. Kehr, Assistant Mngr. was courteous and even gave us complimentary drink and breakfast tickets. Our only complaint is the garage parking is a bit excessive in addition the the nightly charges for our room, garage should be free unless a guest valet parks. Each morning the double paned window in our room was filled w/condensation which filled the window sill w/water which ran down the inside wall to the floor. Also, the bathroom needs an exhaust! The ice machine on our (10th) floor was not working nor was the one on 9th floor. Other than the above our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Poor, dark, noisy.
Dark rooms with insufficient lighting. Black mould around shower. Lots of it. Dry-cleaning incorrectly categorised as a suit, so charged three times as much. The jacket wasn’t returned to the room and I had to enquire as to it’s whereabouts. Loud traffic noise from adjacent highway with virtually no mitigation.

Cons:No free parking, no free breakfast, no free WIFI in your room. No microwave in your room. pros: There are conference rooms that are suitable for recreation retreat, training or formal conference. The restaurant inside is of high quality.

Great staff so friendly. Clean well maintained environment with good customer service for a reasonable price. My only real complaint is that I had to pay for parking. $20 per day. Not as good as expected.
The room was clearly not turned down properly before our arrival. Lots of hair in the tub, used toiletry products in the bathroom, and popcorn on the bed. The hotel was actively going through renovations so there was construction in the lobby. There was a high school girls lacrosse team that stayed in every room on our floor and they didn’t even have to be loud to hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom has a sliding door which gives no privacy. The air conditioner was incredibly loud and made all kinds of odd noises. The hotel is relatively close to a shopping center but doesn’t offer a shuttle. Not worth the amount of money spent to stay here.

Listings for rooms on Expedia mostly all say shower/tub combo but we only had shower. Rooms most away from highway should be priority for those with children because the sounds traveled so easily. Second time staying. Nice hotel.

I was quite surprised at this Marriott. The young lady at the front desk who checked me in was wonderful, the valet men were great and the bartender was awesome..that’s where it stops for me. I asked several times for wash cloths, but was told “it was a shortage”, and all they had was hand towels. The pool had so much “stuff” in the water so we utilize that. I had to ask each day to come in and clean the room. Would I stay here again…No!

I don't often come away from a business trip making a mental note to never stay at a certain hotel again. Unfortunately, this time was one of those times. Suffice to say, housekeeping needs a major intervention from mgt. The shower had body hairs present from a previous occupant, and the desk/work surface was visibly dirty with marks from spilled brown liquid. I didn't discover these concerns until after returning from a long day of work, but I was pretty disgusted so I proceeded to take a closer look. The closet doors had a broad smear of some type, and the interior surface of the room's door also appeared to have vestiges of something unsavory. Look, I get it...hotel rooms are used for parties from time to time. That's 100% fair. I happen to travel on business, and I pretty much work all day & evening only spending a couple of waking hours in the room before I fall asleep. I think the most disappointing aspect here was that I gave housekeeping the benefit of the doubt because times are so tough for hourly employees & low skill/low wage resources these days. I walked out of the room, found a housekeeping cart, borrowed some paper towels and some disinfectant, and then went to my room to clean the areas of the desk which I needed to use. I left the short & curlies in the shower as a litmus test for the following day's housekeeping effort to prove against. Day 2, pubes still present, wet washcloth clumped in the sink, bed not made, trash was emptied. Underwhelming.

I visited for my husbands birthday and along with my job and we really had a great time service was great and efficient Id definitely come again only thing I’d recommend is that whoever works the bar at closing has more energy the guy with the man bun was very dry and didn’t smile Made us feel like he was just there and ready to go home

It's ok, but it's not the Marriott it used to be
The few staff I interacted with were great and overall it seemed like a clean, safe environment. Toilet flushed so poorly I avoided using it because it seemed certain it would clog. No pillows were firm despite my default preferences. Burger was meh, ok. Not worthy of the high Marriott price though.
