Wasn't able to order from the restaurant or get hot water in the shower but otherwise was very impressed.

It's wonderful to hear that you were very impressed with your stay, though I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you faced regarding dining and hot water in your shower. Regarding the restaurant, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding about its operational hours during your stay. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused. For future reference and the benefit of other guests, we also provide “A la Carte” in-room dining service daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and our hotel features 'The Market', which is open 24/7 and offers a selection of snacks and light bites perfect for any time of day or night. We are working on hotel signages and materials to make sure this is communicated more effectively. Regarding the hot water issue, thank you for bringing that to our attention. I have followed up with our engineering team and it seemed to be an isolated incident and that was very unfortunate. please accept my sincere apologies. Everything was great, Starbuck’s on site was handy too. Only thing we didn’t like was the water temperature in the shower didn’t get very hot and the bed was hard as a rock. But we enjoyed our stay.

It is near the main roads, but not on the main road so it is quiet. There is lovely pond/lake/Park in front of it and we loved sitting at the front of the hotel looking onto the lake with its super fountain with our coffee or drink from the bar. The bar area was very good, the swimming pool and gym area were well laid out and private to the hotel. Nice rooms - couldn't fault it.

Once more Expedia messed up the reservation! I reserved 2 rooms for 4 people, paid in advanced. When we arrived only one room showed up under the confirmation. I had to pay for an extra room through the hotel in order to be able to get my second room. No good! Expedia has problems!

There was construction going on, I arrived at the hotel very late and wanted to sleep in the morning. Construction started very loudly in the early morning around 7 am. When I spoke to the reception they told me that they can change the room but they cannot stop the construction. Why didn't you give a room on the lower floor when I checked in ?
