Like Hotel, Location

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Located in safe, convenient area, near many restaurants, shopping and entertainment options. Proximity to DART train stop connects guests to Plano, Dallas and everything in between.

Horrible Stay

The stay was ok until I returned to my room Sunday 05/29/16 around 6pm. I noticed what looked like a blood stain on the foot end of the newly replaced bedsheet. I immediately called the front desk and was told their wasn't a manger on duty because of the Memorial weekend. I spoke to Donovan and he was helpful in getting housekeeping to come and change the sheets. Upon checkout the next day, Monday 05/30/16, I spoke to Tiana and again she told me there wasn't a manager on duty so I asked her to have one contact me regarding this matter. And to this day I haven't received any contact. Because of this I will NEVER stay in a Doubletree or affiliated hotel ever again. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced and I will let everyone know my horrible experience. David Yee
