Good location!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was not cleaned very well. The bathroom was nasty they left someone else razor in the shower.

Luxury hotel in convenient location

Great experience, breakfast & happy hour were enjoyable. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom & suite was very poor. It was problematic trying to shower & get ready.

Disappointed

Pros: The girls had an awesome time at the pool.
Cons: Accommadations should fit and embody the Hilton brand. Not comfort suites (no shade).
This is the first time I have ever had a negative experience w/ Embassy. The lamps did not have light bulbs. The telephone did not work; My mother had to walk downstairs to request new light bulbs and request the room cleaned again. I am not sure if there was an event or if this is normal at this location. The only reason why I would recommend others to give them a second chance is because I believe they just had an off night. Not happy that this off night happen to us; but due to our experiences this year, I will be understand. they have to do better.

Parking is not free; internet is not free: excess amount of crickets (in season!) hotel warning; great place for shopping and dinning.

Nice people but outdated building

We live locally and my daughter wanted to stay in a hotel for her birthday and do a Spa day and then order room service. I took her here. She was quite disappointed as she kept saying it didn't look very nice. It was badly outdated. Stained carpet, old furnishings, and a mildew smell. She even noticed the whole top of the hotel was leaking water. On that floor (which you can see from every floor due to the atrium style) there was water damage and looked like that whole section was closed down. You could smell it throughout the whole hotel though. Beds and furniture was uncomfortable. Overall, I'd stay somewhere else next time. The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly. So that's a plus.

Nice night away

My mother in law has been in town for 2 weeks and my wife and I needed a night away. Nice place for just a quiet getaway.
