Expedia Dropped the Ball

Tried to check in but Expedia hadn't made the reservation. Had a delay at first but Embassy Suites got me a room and only charged me the original Expedia rate. Cheers to Embassy Suites for covering for Expedia's poor performance.

Good location!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was not cleaned very well. The bathroom was nasty they left someone else razor in the shower.

Luxury hotel in convenient location

Great experience, breakfast & happy hour were enjoyable. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom & suite was very poor. It was problematic trying to shower & get ready.

Disappointed

Pros: The girls had an awesome time at the pool.
Cons: Accommadations should fit and embody the Hilton brand. Not comfort suites (no shade).
This is the first time I have ever had a negative experience w/ Embassy. The lamps did not have light bulbs. The telephone did not work; My mother had to walk downstairs to request new light bulbs and request the room cleaned again. I am not sure if there was an event or if this is normal at this location. The only reason why I would recommend others to give them a second chance is because I believe they just had an off night. Not happy that this off night happen to us; but due to our experiences this year, I will be understand. they have to do better.

Nice night away

My mother in law has been in town for 2 weeks and my wife and I needed a night away. Nice place for just a quiet getaway.

Great hotel for family or group gatherings

We chose the Frisco Embassy Suites for our 40th anniversary celebration. Our room and our four children with their families were in a row on the fifth floor. It was so convenient for the grandchildren, and the adults, to mingle. The pool was a great addition to their activities, and without having to leave the ES. Breakfast was a wonderful experience, as well as the afternoon snack. We will continue to return to the ES whenever our travels take us to or through Frisco, Texas!

Great location

If you are attending a baseball game at Dr Pepper Ballpark, this is the place to stay. We were able to walk out of the hotel and right to the ballpark.
