Under construction

The hotel was under construction so the smell or view was not pleasant. Our visit to the pool wasn't any better. The hot tub wasn't working and the water in the pool did not look clean. Very disappointed since my daughter loves the pool. The breakfast was good and all the staff was nice.

Dissapointing

The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The bathroom did not have a fan. The paint was peeling off of the bathroom door. The internet was not free. There was a $10 charge for parking at a hotel in the suburbs, not the city.

Nice hotel...but understaffed and poor service

My Room was very noisy....I think the employees freight elevator was nearby....heard the cables all day starting at around 6:30 every morning....stayed noisy til 10:30 at night. Wouldn't reccomended this hotel for vacation...you would not be able to sleep late. Also....first morning there I requested a blow dryer....it took the front desk after several more phone calls about 40 minutes to bring one up. Understaffed and poor service. The front desk guy kept telling me it's coming......

Bathroom didn't have enough Towels The soap that was there it was used it was dirty

We stayed before and after a flight out of Love Field. The room was nice and clean. The only problem is that they are renevating the hotel and it was somewhat noisy during the day, but ended early enough as to not disturb your sleep
