The property did not disclose when booking they were under constructuon. They had closed the gym as well, shut off the water at one point and the toilet in my room wasnt flushing. To top it off when i booked the parking was free however when i arrived they had started charging amd wouldnt wave it. This was my local hotel for Dallas travel but i will not be staying here again.

This property just started a renovation and they need it. Our room had mold, dirt, garbage and food crumbs, stained and torn couch and chair, peeling paint and the floor was always damp. They did offer to switch our room but we had already unpacked our family of 4 and by the looks of the rest of the hotel (lots of water damage, peeling paint, mold in the lobby/ breakfast area ) we didn’t think it would make a difference. This was not a hotel worth the amount we paid for it. Maybe half but I have stayed at higher end hotels for the same amount. Very disappointed. Emailed the general manager and did not hear back. I hope the renovations make a difference because this property was absolutely disgusting. The staff was wonderful.

The hotel was great, but after paying for the hotel, I had to pay to park on the hotel parking lot! Penny pinching! NOT GOOD!

I have stayed in Hilton hotels for many years and this goes down as the worst stay I’ve ever had. The toilet would not flush and maintenance came to fix it while we were out. When we came back, it over flowed after it was supposedly fixed so we had to move our 3 kids to another room at 9:45 at night. Then we didn’t have hot water Friday night or Saturday morning. Also, the door to the room wouldn’t properly close.

I’ve had better food in the hospital.
I ordered the margherita pizza to take to my room. What I got was cheese and crust. The $18 hamburger was not much better.
The “margherita pizza” I ordered.  No sauce, no basil, just cheese and crust.

Room heaters malfunctioning. We had to change rooms, and then we also had to get the HVAC technician to come to the room 2x. Overall, it was an old room with old technology. Overall, it was an old room, old furniture, with old technology. It was not a comfortable stay.

Carpet in our room was very old. I couldn’t walk without my shoes on because the carpet felt damp and soiled. Parts of the rug was pushed up in areas and not intact to the floor. The extra blanket on the room was more like a foam blanket. The night before we left our closet smelled like piss and the hot water was not hot at all. The only decent experience was the breakfast buffet which you can never go wrong and the evening reception with the cocktails. I always prefer to stay at an Embassy suites when I travel with my kids but I’m rethinking after this experience.

The a/c in the room did not work. Had to move rooms around midnight. Front desk wouldn’t even bring us the key to the new room! Had to go down and get it ourselves. Everything is outdated and needs remodeling! Upon check out they did give me 500 additional points to my HH account for the issue. Btw, it takes approximately 35000 pts for a night, so they basically gave me a few minutes free on a future visit. Lol
