Dire road access. Parking limited and the parking garage is dark and was leaking during a day of heavy rain, as was the roof over the foyer. Although the hotel abuts a complex highway system - which is why its access is so difficult - there was almost no road noise. Long breakfast lines due to large School groups.

At first we were given keys to an occupied room. If that wasn’t enough, once we got to our room, there was an unknown wet area on the floor by dresser. Then to top things off, the toilet seat was about to fall off. We reported all of these issues to the front desk and was told we would be contacted about the problems and were were not. I even went to the front desk the next day and was promised a call back and again, nothing. Oh yeah! Parking sucks!

Our room was so cold even though it was set to 80 in our room. Our bathroom door would not latch to close correctly. The ice machine was broken everywhere but two floors down from us. The lobby was so cold. We had one margarita and three beers was billed $48 and not given a receipt, the bartender barely spoken English and didn't understand I wanted an itemized receipt. Parking was ridiculous, when we reported to security that cars were parked in no parking zones he told us there's nothing they can do. If I was given a parking pass to have in my car every one should have had one so security should have had them move or impounded. Our room was clean and stocked perfect. The breakfast was great.

It was a perfect family outing. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Late check in, help with our dog, perfect breakfast, swimming, and exercise were available. The rooms were spacious and clean. Perfect.

The whole place smelled bad , there were drug deals happening in the parking garage , the parking garage floods , the food is disgusting, we got bitten by different bugs . It was a horrible experience

The stay was good, and we enjoyed the cook to order breakfast. But, the room could used some additional cleaning. Headboard/bed was dusty, and drawers were not clean.

Two things remain consistent with Embassy Suites, the excellent free hot breakfast with omelets made fresh to order and the happy hour. The hotel design of rooms open to an atrium in the middle with inside balconies connecting the rooms rather than a long hallway is also unique to embassy suites and we love it. It’s great for kids. One elevator was out and so there was a line for elevator all the time. It was raining outside and the parking garage was flooded. There were lots of people partying in the parking garage at night. The noise level was high. There was only one tiny trash can in the bathroom. The pool opened late at 10 am which was very inconvenient for us. The pool needs to open at 8 am for families who get an early start.

Nice property. You have to trim the bush at the exit to the freeway. Hard to see traffic coming at you at 60 MPH.

I just wish the front desk would have told us about the neat things that they offer that once I found out about them, they were already over. Like the managers reception that was going on when we checked in. I had no idea what that was. The hotel was nice and my daughter was super impressed, it was a little dated though. I would certainly go back and stay here many times.

This was the PERFECT place to stay when going to a Dallas Stars game! Easy parking, Great Complimentary Happy Hour, and a Delicious Breakfast! Jasmine provided excellent Customer Service! She went out of her way and took the time to assist me in getting my Dr. Pepper!

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and this is actually the first time I was extremely disappointed with Embassy Suites. From check in the front desk staff were not friendly. We had a clogged toilet upon check in. We were a party of 5 and were given 3 towels. When we asked for more we never got them and were told they were backed up. We asked 3 times for towels. The parking is horrible. The property is old and needs updates. Breakfast staff are quick to start picking up right befor 10am and the selection was poor.

Very unsafe area to stay in Dallas and parking lot was flooded with drain water. It had a horrible smell. We needed up giving up the money we paid for the night and went to another hotel.

We complained about the toliet not flushing and they sent maintenance but he said he fixed it but he did not. We continued to have problems and the room smelled musty and moldy

This is not a good and safe place to stay, THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE IN A FLOOD ZONE: You have to take dirty towels to front desk to get new ones. A lot of kids hang out on corner all night doing crazy things with police presence

The property was just okay. The rooms and the property itself were a little dated. The area around the property was a little dirty with trash in the parking lots. The staff was very nice, though. We left a message about needing extra towels and they were never brought. I had to go down to the front desk to get them. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't great. We had it set on 61-62 at night and the room never got below 71-72.

The Lobby and breakfast area are nice and updated . As far as rooms go they are little outdated but the beds were comfortable. Check in was a breeze receptionist was nice and accommodating. Just don’t get a headache bring your own Tylenol upfront cost 10 bucks .

When we got there our bed reeked of urine & ANTS!! The room was dirty & unsanitary. The hotel gave us another room because it was late when we went to bed around 1am. Needless to say I will NEVER stay there again! Nor would I recommend anyone stay there! The parking is ridiculous and the property is old & outdated!
