Staff was great didn’t like that we were charged for parking daily most other hotels in the area don’t charge unless you’re using the valet

The floors were dirty. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned. Air conditioning didn’t cool room past 74.

Fridge wasn’t working. We asked for a replacement and was told they were fully booked and couldn’t get us one. The TV worked only for the first evening we were there. They said that a wind storm knocked out the satellite and a “technician was working on it” we never got it working again. The pool was closed the full day that we stayed there and didn’t open up again before we left. This was disappointing as we booked this location for the indoor pool and couldn’t even use it. The room was dirty. There was dirty tabletops, fingernails in the carpet and sticky substance on all electronics. We won’t be back.

Everything was perfect but for the fact that the property is old. You can see the signs. The hot water sink faucet didn't work for the duration of our stay. I complained and the assistant manager sent maintenance to check it out. They were unable to fix it till we left. Other than that their complimentary breakfast, happy hour and every other thing was perfect. I will definitely stay there again.

The faucet on sink came off and water went everywhere! The ceiling was dripping water where the air condition was. I had to call security (which was a joke!) on the room next door due to them being so loud it woke me out my sleep at 1:30am! Front desk staff, David, was great though. The cleaning staff was nice as well. The pool was extremely cold.

Looked nice online but heating made loud bang every time it came on. Second night there was loud partying past their "quiet time" in the lobby/dining area..and so loud you couldnt sleep on 3rd floor. There was mold and spots where sheetrock was sloppily repaired and water stains. Furniture is outdated and beds were not vomfortable although it states pillowtop maytresses.. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! WILL NOT BE BACK!

There was a huge fight on the 7th floor we never saw security or police show up. There was at least 10 people in the hall fighting and yelling. 2 cars were stolen and 1 broken into by smashing the window. Horrible not safe. Will never stay there

We had a great one night stay! The front desk was very helpful with providing information. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The evening happy hour and breakfast were also great! We will definitely stay there again.

Good stay in Dallas
Our first room must have had a water leak because the carpet was damp and there was a musty smell. We were able to easily switch rooms and had no problems with the second one. The pool is great, but the water was cold (even my kids complained about the temp, and they are little polar bears), so we didn't swim long. Overall, it was a great stay in Dallas :)

Embassy Suites Dallas Stemmons Expressway
No problem at check-in but one of the four elevators was out of service. Suite was adequate and bathroom clean. Food court was tidy with a good selection for breakfast.

Loud bang from HVAC and No hot water in shower
Good location. Air conditioning system made a huge noise every time it turned on and off waking us up every time. Also no hot water on day of checkout resulted in no shower before our flight home. Called and talked to the front desk and she seemed to not really care. We love staying at embassy suites but we will not return to this location.
