nice hotel, comfortable, good location

second time staying here, I like the hotel, the front desk could be a bit nicer, the breakfast made to order is ok, nothing special as each day had a separate cook and neither of them took care or prise in their work.

From check in to check out it was terrible. The reception girl Alex was so rude and not helpful at all. The toilet in our room never flushed and room smelled terrible. Very uncomfortable.

Best Hilton hotel we have ever stayed in!

Pros: Evervything was just wonderful, but the room was fantastic. Large suite with king size bed separate living room area with TV and kitchen area , bedroom had TV great pillows and air was controllable.
Cons: The food on the breakfast line was a bit cold and biscuits too hard. All elevators were not working so had to walk around to get one with my husband's oxygen machine.
Location: We were given a discount because we had a dr. appt at Southwestern Medical hospital..call a month before appt.

Poor maintenance, nice staff.

For $300 a night (which was the rate after all taxes and fees), there shouldn't be mold growing the shower soap holder. The phone to reach the front desk in the room shouldn't be completely busted and inoperable. The AC intake vent in the suite shouldn't rattle at a volume where you can't even hear the television (thankfully, I could close the door separating the bedroom and the suite to seal off most of the noise at night). On the plus side, the staff was polite, morning breakfast offering was solid, and food service staff was especially nice. However, the condition and maintenance of the room was disappointing in several particular ways as mentioned above. Also, if you stay here be sure to ask for a room that isn't facing the shipping warehouses on the west side of the building or you'll be subject to the beeping of tractor trailers maneuvering throughout the night. I would not recommend staying here unless in an absolute pinch, or if the rate was significantly lowered.

I booked a room with two double beds and a sofa couch. when we arrived they said they did not have a room with the sofa bed. I told them I booked one and the reply was when you book with a third party you may and may not get what you ask for. after unfortunately throwing a little fit, they found one with a sofa bed. horrible customer service
