We actually never got to stay in this hotel because they gave our room away before we arrived. Despite having made a reservation in advance--and produced proof of our reservation--they had no more rooms for us and we were forced to find another hotel. The clerk refused to call the manager so we could talk to the person in charge. The clerk told me our card would not be charged so we should be okay with no getting a room as promised, despite the fact we had just driven 19 hours from Florida and were totally exhausted and ready to sleep. Their service was terrible and they couldn't care less. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a dog.

WE HOLD THE RESERVATION TILL MIDNIGHT AND THERE AFTER THAT WE HAVE TO SELL THE ROOM.
worest hotel experience, disgusting bathroom, mold snd mildew in all in the restroom, non-working heater/air conditioner, broken hair dryer, horrible smell, .. hotel receptionist said there was bugs in other rooms. over paid for the stay.
They r the worst "INN" in the Dallas/garland area! Rude. Snobby somehow yet the place is just shy of needing hazmat gear. Cockroaches cockroaches cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Do t turn off the lights bc that's when they 1st come out. There is no fridge.no microwave. No ice machine. They charged me ANOTHER 40 bucks after I paid 20 for my dog but the rude maid saw a cat n my brother n told them so they charged me another 40.so that's 60bucks for 2 days on top of me paying 70 per night for roaches n dirty floors.i walked barefoot for 10 minutes n my feet were black black. We literally moved out n while waiting for a ride an hour we saw them go in n "clean" the room for 5 minutes hell they didn't even vacuum n bout 15 minutes after that they RErented the room n didn't even change the linens!! I couldn't believe it! Then our ride fell thru n the man who pretends to b a manager told me he would give us a couple more hours to re find a ride but called the police instead!!!! Better luck next time bc we did nothing wrong. We voluntarily left we didn't get kicked out bc their MOTEL should be condemned n wouldn't be caught dead staying another night in PURE FILTH which coincidentally seems to be the same of your manager n staff?!!!

The surrounding neighborhood was horrible. The room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. There were cockroaches everywhere. The conditions of these rooms were so unbearable that I ended up leaving.

Well when i checked in I was immediately looked at by a bunch of males making me very uncomfortable. My room was dirty and smelled of wet dog. I asked for disinfectant spray and the front desk dude said no and that i could check out.. totally rude.... the establishment offers breakfast but thats shut down until furter notice. They don't have any ice machines nor do they have a working elevator... lots of criminal activity and drugs are at this establishment. Not a place for your family
I have proof of that executive trash. That place is not a hotel or motel. If you are sending people over there you might also have people to check out this place. And I want a refund from Expedia. And I will share the photos of that place.
Crackheads all over the place, tv remote didn't work, had to fight with tv buttons and finally gave up. The bed was horrendous. Pillows terrible. And finally the parking is very right for a truck. Oh yeah the walkway reeked of urine.
Roaches every where. Holes in the wall. Bed sheets had holes from cigarets falling on them. Locks on doors are not safe. Worst stay ever

Elevator wasn't working and we were on second floor and wasn't warned about it. The lobby was awful. Description said breakfast was provided that is why we chose it. When we got there the was a health notice saying no breakfast to to health code violations
My stay was NOT great. Two days it was not cleaned. It felt like there was bed bugs or fleas. I requested it to be sprayed and I had to ask twice about it. NEVER once did they seem apologetic, the employees passed the buck from one to the other. The manager/supervisor/owner really needs to be MORE involved this establishment.
The room was very dirty. Housekeeping only came one day out of our 3 night stay, and she left our door open! Upon arriving, we were greeted by signs informing us that they no longer serve breakfast due to health code violations. No employees were available to check us out when it was time to leave. All around awful, avoid at all costs.
The representative who booked my hotel said that it was a nice hotel and that it was recommended by alot of people. When I got there the towels had spots on them. They werent clean. The room was dusty. I went back down at 3am for more towels and sheets and said that Laundry would have to deliver then to me tomorrow.
After second day in the place they blocked online booking and refused my debit/credit cards and said they only take cash. Of course they refused to honor online price and boost the price to $66 a day.
No cleaning service. No light bulb. Blood on walls. A/c nasty. I had to clean filters myself. Room door doesn't lock. Screams all day all night. The night is very scary don't get outside of your room. How this place is still in business? What s about the insurance inspection company? The city compliance code??? This hotel is not the only one in the area in those conditions. The hotel regency 11350 LBJ freeway is as much as a nightmare . as concerns the hotel regency just add the owner of the hotel with his wife , walking back and forth through the hotels hallways all night every night, drunk,on drugs and violent towards the guests and you will have an idea of the place.
