Nice hotel, close to a lot of activities

At first, the room we got was pretty dirty and the fridge didn't work at all. We told the hotel about the fridge and they had no problem giving us a new room. The women at the front counter, who I am assuming was the manager, was wonderful. If we're ever in Texas again, we'll definitely be back.

It's in Arlington, close to everything

Took too long to check in, due to complications with Expedia, over booked. They still got me in a room. Took a while to check out, still due to Expedia.

Great location; Not so great quality

This is one of those you get what you pay for type of places. It's a great location if you're in town for a cowboys game. The rooms are a nice size, we had a 1 queen room that included a full size fridge and kitchen area, but there were no kitchen utensils to use. The room wasn't cleaned very well and the air conditioner only kept the room cold when the fan was blowing. Aside from that it wasn't too bad. You can't beat location, less than 3 miles from AT&T stadium and right next door to Cracker Barrel.

Overpriced and out dated!

Room smelled like a bar and every thing was outdated. Wouldn't have expected that for the price and location.

Location: Location is convenient and close to many sites, restaurants etc
My experience was nice until the ride ads General manager you think she had guest respect or or costumer service especially when someone had paid a whole week

Nice room nice location very clean quiet would stay again...if the room had more/better amenities for the guest as in cups coffee pot better pillows/comforter

Not what I was expecting from a reputable chain.

Staff and exterior of hotel were fine. The room was badly worn: cabinets chipped and hanging crookedly, the shower stall had dirty grout and a hair on the wall. There was a stain in the carpet, a cut in the couch, cigarette burns in the bedspread and the chair at the table was scraped. I was glad I was only there 2 nights.

Decent quality for the price. Close to six flags. It was nice having a large refrigerator/freezer and microwave in my room.

Won't Stay Again

Check in was listed as 3 pm. Arrived and advised my room wasn't ready yet. Waited thirty minutes for it to be 'cleaned'. The janitor was very sweet and was trying to hurry but it was basically new sheets and pillows. Half job vacuuming. Room had no coffee maker and no blow dryer. I wouldn't even attempt to use the microwave.

Close hotel to get to six flags

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleaner room, modern appliances, better towels
Location: Only thing close was cracker barrel
I felt like I walked into a motel six. Small TV, No modern appliances, small bathroom, thin walls where you could hear every sound from outside noises to flushing toilets. Wasn't even close to walking to AT& T stadium which is why I stayed there because I was told you could walk from there. Nothing around other than Cracker Barrel. Had to call an outside phone for someone to come and check me in.
