Not worth what we paid (which wasn't much anyway)

The hotel staff was so so sweet and great to us. While I didn't expect anything spectacular for an $87 room, I don't know that it was even worth that. I split it with a friend, so $44 was more like it. There were some type of bugs sitting on the side of the bed when we got there. The bed that night was very uncomfortable as well, which wasn't a big deal. However; in the shower, the pressure was barely anything which is to be expected. But the water went cold to warm to cold to warm to cold. And it stayed cold. I wasn't taking a long shower, about 7 minutes, and I ended up taking a cold shower.
ALSO I did NOT know about the $100 deposit until the day before. If I had known that I would have chosen somewhere else in the first place. Bottom line, it was worth the $44 I split the room with but had I been alone, DEFINTELY not worth $87.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience and encounter of bugs in your suite. With our lush landscaping, occasionally a guest or staff member may come in contact with Mother Nature, even though we do have regular pest control treatments to prevent this from happening. We are also sorry for the issues you had with your bathroom. I will share your concerns with my engineering team, so that they can fix it immediately. We appreciate your feedback, and our entire team would love to welcome you back soon.
