Beware of Hidden Deposit

Pros: Close to many restaurants and tourist attractions.
Cons: Letting people know about the deposit. The sprinkler needs to be fixed.
Location: Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Ballpark, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor
Overall the hotel is ok. It is close to many attractions including Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Ballpark (why we went), Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor. The only thing I didn't like was the hidden deposit charge you get when you check in. No where did I read about the 100 dollar deposit on the room and neither did the other 4 people trying to check in. If you pay by cash you get the money back when you check out. If you use any kind of card you must wait 5-7 days to get in back. I don't know if this is Expedia fault, but other people using other website also did not know. Also, every night at about 2 or 3 in the morning it was like we had our own personal loud waterfall outside our room. The water reached past the second floor balcony and of course was loud (we were in room 161).

Good hotel for the price. No issues.

Good hotel for the price. No issues. It was a quick buy, after a day in six flags and I didn't want to drive back to Oklahoma.

Toe nail clippings, dead and alive roaches, pubic hair in restroom, hair in bed, used wash cloths in shower. Felt itchy from pitential bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Awful. The hotel surroundings was very dirty. There were bags of trash in front of the rooms. Our room was dirty. The trash can was full of dirty diapers and there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod. We did not have any washcloths and the sheets were smelly. The staff was really helpfu but it's not worth what I paid for.

Nice on the outside- inside not so much

Horrible room, was supposed to be non- smoking room, smelled like someone smoked non- stop for 6 years in the room. Bed spread, sheets everything smelled so bad, I had to wash my entire suit case the next day. Remote had no batteries, mattrrss was 20 years old, almost fell off when sat on the edge. I have stayed at Extended stay before- never again!!

It was Ok, Close to Rangers Stadium & Six Flags

I always stay at an extended stay America, this certain one I didn't know they require $100 deposit fee so that really caught me off guard, supposedly you get it how you pay it so if you pay with card that's a week for it to go back on the card. The room was okay I wanted non smoking but it had a faint smell of cigarettes, there was some chipped parts on the toilet which was odd and the cover had small stains on it. Every time I get a room with extended stay my room curtain is usually open but this one was closed so I wasn't sure if it was being occupied. The breakfast wasn't much of a variety as it is in Irving Tx extended stay which was kind of a problem but overall it was okay .
