IN town for work, with my guys. Hotel staff was unable to perform customer service for billing issues. Overall for work it is fine.

RoachesPosted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Location was good
Cons: see above
Lots of roaches. Lamps were unplugged and room was pitch black with no light switch by the door. TV remote didn't work.

Normally Good Hotel Just Dirty On This TripPosted Feb 17, 2015 on Hotels
The reason for the rating is that the hotel was undergoing a renovation in the lobby/dining area and unlike other hotels which would work at night and hang plastic so that the mess cannot be seen and put up signs apologizing, you can tell that they just 'did not care' about the mess being very visible. Additionally, where the doors were to the outside, also where the stairs were, there was garbage everywhere, some of which smelled, and this was not very good as well. Otherwise, I like Extended Stay Americas and would recommend this hotel as the location was great and the front desk staff very good.

Clean, but outdated.Posted Jan 11, 2015 on Hotels
The bedding is older and hard beds. Sarah was very courteous and helpful. Lobby was nice, but rooms are outdated. I think they're renovating.

Bad Stay AmericaPosted Nov 26, 2014 on Hotels
"Hotel is in great need of refurbishing! I believe they were doing the second floor but of course I was on the 1st floor! I had a nice view of the pool area. But that was the only nice thing. It's just too old and dirty for my taste. I had to stay there to be in close proximity to my son' s house in Richardson. The air was very stale in the room, the bed was like a rock and so were the pillows. Overall I would NEVER stay there again or recommend that particular extended stay America . Sorry , but it really was that bad !!!

Hotels.com Is A JokePosted Nov 22, 2014 on Hotels
Never got to stay. The dope at hotels.com booked a room with a hotel that was completely booked. On top of that, she could hardly speak english.
