Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean, however mattress was terrible. Stayed 6 nights and had to ask for towels 3 times. Close to Starbucks! Hallways too dark and elevator has an horrid smell. My 10 year old son enjoyed the experience.
All Services at the Hotel are great, is centrally located and easy to get in and out. I have my own rental car but the valet is kind of expensive, however, there is a self-parking across the street that is always available.
We flew in late and went to the bar adjacent to the restaurant for a glass of wine and a bite. The wine was of course good but the service was fabulous- veggie appetizers and artisan breads - before we ordered the small plate of sliders. The rest of the visit was lovely - great staff from Concierges ...
We stayed for 3 nights over labor day weekend. Pros 1. Excellent Kitchen layout and utensils. First time ever to find a sharp knife to cut anything and truly venting hood in suite hotels; no self-circulating over-the-range microwave which just spits smell back into the room. 2. Breakfast has nice ...
We had a two bedroom room and beds were like squishy rocks. The bathroom was tight and small. And there was no fan in the bathroom so you blew it up it stank up the whole room. Overall it was a decent place to stay to sleep, change watch a movie on TV if you wanted to but it's nothing to write home ...
My husband and I evacuated Florida due to hurricane Irma. We came to NYLO here in Irving and it was one of the greatest stays ever! The staff was super friendly, the food was good, and the pool was really nice. The room was very modern and comfortable.
