I have a great and an excellent stay there. Good job by the staff.
I stayed for a conference. Room and hotel were great. There was bit of confusion about my room rate as I split the room with a colleague and the staff seemed confused about this arrangement. Other than that, the hotel was great.
It was a nice stay. Quiet. The staff was very helpful and helped us out of a bind with an auto problem so we were very pleased about that.
Nice hotel. A bit pricey for the experience. If somebody is talking while walking down the hallway, you will hear the whole conversation. My wife loves coffee. You have to go down at 6:30 in the morning to get a cup. I guess we are the only ones that enjoy coffee in the room. One of the nicest beds ...
Went to Dallas to attend a concert at SMU and the Texas-OU game. Stayed at The Lumen since it's conveniently located across the street from the Meadows School and Caruth Auditorium. Glad we stayed there. Had dinner on the patio at The Front Room. Food was great - especially loved their deviled eggs ...
As always the staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and easily accessible. Breakfast was better than many that I have stayed at before.
We were in Frisco for a conference. This was our first time staying at an Aloft property, but it won't be our last. The staff was very courteous and helpful. And the breakfast was amazing!! Thank you!
This hotel is pretty cool, contemporary and fun! With a bar and restaurant plus the pool and outdoor games we stayed entertained. My only complaint is that due to so much concrete when loud people walked down the halls it echoed. We would stay here again.
