This has large rooms with kitchenettes and a great pool. Also a delicious breakfast with hot food and hard boiled eggs and yogurt and fruit. I would definitely come back.Close to SMU.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. The kitchen was great as well as the pool and hot tub. Our family had a great time and will happily stay again in the future!

Bat tub/shower control handle doesn't stay in place creating inconsistent temperatures… sometimes scalding hot to cold. Main bed feels as bad as the sofa sleeper bed. Not comfortable atcall

The night front desk girl was unfriendly. All the other staff was friendly and smiles. The property was a good value, clean and very comfortable.

Very loud. Recovering from surgery and the room above me sounded like someone was running back and forth for five nights. Then clanging around the next two. I stayed total of 7 nights. Cutting trees and leaf blowers daily. Definitely not a place for rest.

We stayed at this property for 2 days. The well stocked kitchen and large refrigerator were so nice to have. Also the multi level secured access parking garage were great. We could park on the 2nd level and walk straight to our 2nd story suite.

Great location and close enough to most restaurants and shops. Just a couple of issues. The pillows were kinda crappy. And the paint on the shower floor was peeling? Weird but it's true. Other than that everything else was great.

When we entered our room the toilet was plugged up. We went to the desk to report it. She said she would have to find US a plunger because she had no maintenance man. Finally after the bathroom floor was flooded with human waste there was a knock at the door and a plunger just left in the hall. WE DID NOT USE the TOILET. This was not our human waste. My husband did unplug it with the plunger and we simply allowed the water from the bathroom to soak into the carpet. We had no mop. I was NOT going in the bathroom with that type of germs in the floor and carpet. BAD NEWS FOLKS. Such poor customer service I could not believe it.

I loved the apartment style suite with a kitchen, the free wi-fi and the handy work desk. Also liked the large screen TV and friendly service from all staff. It wasn't as quiet at night as I would prefer, with lots of conversations--some really loud--in the hall late at night and before daylight in mornings. That was my only complaint, maybe next time I'll try to get a room further from the elevator.

The property is understaffed. I waited about 45 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. The next morning, I also could not get timely service from anyone at the front desk. It's also located on an expressway so it is very noisy.

You get what you pay for
Room was nice size for the price. Door very thin so you hear everything that is going on downstairs. Breakfast was not very good, watery eggs, dried potatoes, etc. Front desk staff at check in and out was rude but the overnight front desk help was very friendly and welcoming. Onsite parking is 25 per day and not the 19 listed. Not the best area but for the price you get what you pay for. Bathroom toilet ran almost every 15 min. It was so loud we had to shut the bathroom door.
