Could have been cleaner

I reserved a room that would sleep 5-6 people. When I arrived it wasn't ready so they offered me another room. I couldn't wait for my room to be cleaned so I had to take the other. Housekeeping definetly didn't do a good job of cleaning the room I switched to. The breakfast was good though! I had the pesto omelette and it was wonderful!

We enjoyed out stay at the Hyatt House in Dallas.

Nice room, comes with almost a full size kitchen. Much more spacious than I thought!

Pros: Close to the arena
Cons: I have stay in other Hyatt House and they where in better condition
It was Ok that's it, a ok hotel not great just ok.ok

Close to American Airlines Arena

Fantastic location and breakfast. 10 minute walk to American Airlines Arena. Excellent hot breakfast and breakfast staff was very courteous and helpful. We were there for a five night stay. The room (King size bed with a pullout sofa) was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little small but it was not a problem. The full-size walk-in closet was a nice touch. We did have a few issues. Our key cards kept deactivating every other day and our shower/tub was slow to drain. On our third night there, our room filled with cigarette smoke coming from the air conditioner vents. I contacted the front desk about the issue and they sent housekeeping up at 11:30 PM with a spray bottle of some sort of room deodorizer. Housekeeping commented how bad our room smelled of cigarettes and the deodorizer was not effective. The hotel said the only solution was for us to move to a cheaper room with twin double beds. I was told that night that some sort of credit or adjustment would be made to our bill because of the situation. Upon our departure from the hotel, they were unwilling to make any kind of adjustment on our behalf because they said we booked through a third-party (Expedia) so therefore they could not change anything for us. We left without the hotel doing a single thing to accommodate us for this incident. That was frustrating and left a very bad taste of poor customer service in our mouths along with the smell of smoke in our clothes.

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. There were a few rowdy visitors in their room that could clearly be heard in the hall but once you got into your room you couldn't hear them anymore. Will definitely be staying here again :)

Let us check in early which was a plus!!! Room was clean...for some reason there were not trash bags in the trash cans and there wasn't a hotel guide to tells us about the resort/food delivery/amenities...otherwise very clean and nice

Pros: Comfortable bed. Very convenient parking. Short walk to American Airlines Center.
Location: American Airlines Center nearby. The Happiest Hour restaurant and bar was a short walk. Great atmosphere w Indoor, outdoor, and rooftop dining.
Very nice hotel. Convenient quick check in. Staff friendly.

Great hotel

This was a great hotel. The only thing that upset us was that the HDIM cable would not work. I also was not told until I got to the hotel to check in that I had to pay for parking; I didn't mind having to pay, but I wish would have gave some kind of notice.
