Had to wait for someone to come to desk to check in, then was given room key - went to room and wasn’t room we booked We booked a queen 2 bed and were given a king bed only Went downstairs and asked why I didn’t get the room I booked and they stated they overbooked the hotel. I had booked my room 2 weeks in advance- nor was I told about the mistake on their end until I came back down to ask about it

Intil check out today everyone was wonderful. The teo times I needed something from the fromt desk the clerk was on the phone clearly with a hotel manager and ignored le. Ot happened again w two women at the desk on a work call. VERY FRUSTRATING. Also the TV did mot work even after the Gen Mgr tried to fix it.

The toilet did not flush properly. When I made the reservations, it showed that it was "Pet Friendly", never mentioned pricing, then when i got there, I was charged an extra $75.00 for just 1 night.

During the check in process there was a young girl playing on the other computer at the front desk. The game she was playing was so loud that I had trouble hearing what the front desk staff were asking me. Very unprofessional.
