I enjoyed the friendly & helpful staff to accommodate my needs during my stay. I did not like the inconvenience of self-parking (unloading & loading) traveling by myself. Otherwise, very nice facility!

It was terrible. I went to check in at the Hilton at Lincoln Center and they would not check us in. They overbooked the place and as a result the Lincoln Center Hilton asked us to move to another hotel. We had made reservations several weeks in advance of our stay and received no notice that the hotel was overbooked. They told us Expedia folks are low priority. Other guest reservations were deemed more vital than ours. I do not wish to use Expedia again. I am hugely disappointed. I have other concerns, but Expedia will not allow me to post those concerns.

Customer service truly sucks at your front desk
Lady I spoke with over the phone was amazing. Jererica kept in touch trying to make sure I had no more issues with parking, I’m handicap, as well as no more attitude with front desk. Unfortunately front desk was extremely rude in the evening when I asked about parking charges being I used the handicap stalls in the front, not the parking garage & not valet. The guy at the front said he’s charging me no matter where I park. Pretended to ask another employee who was talking on the phone. It was a simple question that I was asking. Could’ve had just a simple answer with no attitude. But all I got was a whole lot of rudeness with a whole lot of attitude from the jerk working in the front desk that evening.

The view from our room was great, unfortunately their AC didn’t work so we woke up in a sweat. Very stuffy room. They sent maintenance to try and fix it but at this point it was 2am he did want he could and them room cooled off for an hour or so. After that the ac just wasn’t working so we decided to call it a night. Very unfortunate since we love a cold room at night.

Musty mop
The place was nice, however the cleaning crew needs to change their mop head as everything's they cleaned the room it was musty smelling near the tile extend and bathroom. They need more dining options as there are really no options within walking distance from hotel. 1 cafe/bar in this huge hotel that's only open until 9 or 10. The burgers are super dry. Very nice property though

Surprised to find no complementary water in our room and one lady telling that that is for different room guests or members of Hilton hotel!! First time someone said that to me. They brought water to me later after asking lots of questions about the Hilton policy on this issue. That must be fixed.

To begin with, I have never stayed at a 4 star hotel. I usually stay at a 3 star hotel so I was already intimidated going into booking a nicer hotel. Upon arrival, when we went to check in, there were 4 employees all looking down. No one looked up or acknowledged us. We had to awkwardly walk up to one and basically ask to be helped. She was very short and handed us our key and told us where the elevator was at. We stayed for 2 nights and customer service/friendliness is a 0. No one smiles, no one acknowledges your existence. Everyone looks miserable. When it comes to the room, it was clean. Apart from that I’ve had better sleep at a 2-3 star hotel than this one. The beds are on the hard side. The hallways were loud at all hours of the night. The 2nd night we stayed, an employee knocked on our door until we opened to deliver towels at almost 3 am that we never asked for. We had a 7 hour drive the next day so we were exhausted. It saddens me that this was our first experience with a 4 star hotel because it really left a bad experience. I regret wasting so much money on a nicer hotel thinking at bare minimum we would have a good quiet hotel to stay at.
