Room smelled like cigarettes and bedding was changed and dirty replaced it multiple stains on bedding

Carpet on 6 th floor was filthy. Toilet paper holder in bath was broken. Maid never left water to mdd as he coffee. Loud and noisy outside . For the price of the room and parking fees it was not worth the money I paid. A big disappointment.

Way overpriced. Needs updating. Hallway carpets bad. Bathroom tub a mess. Paid way too much. More than I’ve paid for much nicer hotels. A pool towel sat in the gym floor by the treadmill for two days. Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable. Overall room was clean but the place needs a facelift.

Would not stay there again. I got in at 10 pm and the room was 80 degrees because it was 95 degrees outside that day. Guests can not change the system between hot and cold and the staff does not pay attention. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk (no one would answer the phone) to get someone to turn on the air conditioner. That’s crazy to me. The last thing I want to do when getting in late is to hunt someone down to make it comfortable enough for me to sleep.

I’d requested an accessible room. My daughter is in a wheelchair and needed a roll in shower. At check in, they had a room where a wheelchair would be extremely difficult and a tub/shower combo. They weren’t sure if there was a tub seat available!! The staff was Excellent and the bell man extremely helpful and friendly. They tried to find her a tub shower when, a real Handicapped/ Accessible room was found. The room was fine except, 1st floor window was to the highway, heat set at 76 degrees, pillows were flat & uncomfortable, only one lamp beside the King bed we both slept in, WiFi needed staff assistance to use! Only maintenance person allowed to adjust the thermostat in all the rooms in the Hotel!! At 11pm when I notified the front desk how excessively hot our room was, Maintenance staff had left for the night. At $172 per night I expected more. Due to the loud highway noise & a very hot room we could not sleep! We left the hotel at 5am & went to the hospital where my daughter underwent surgery at 7am!! A very restless & difficult night that could have been peaceful & calm. As I noted the Staff was superior. I’ll never book at this hotel again, I expected more for the money it cost.

The only issue was we didn’t realize you have to pay for parking on top of the stay. It’s through an app but rather inconvenient and didn’t allow me to manipulate when I needed to make sure the plate was correct. Either charge for parking as part of the hotel rate or don’t because the customer shouldn’t have to do the hotels job and for me that is parking.

Plumbing - stool made a terrible noise when flushing. Air-conditioner - did not cool down. Was not informed when reserving room that you had to pay for parking and breakfast. Also listed shuttle, but did not have. Was attending dog show at Market Hall and will never stay there again. Had friends that also stayed there for dog show and had the same complaints.

Good for what you pay for. The elevators and certain areas smell pretty smoky. The building itself is a bit outdated and dingy looking but it’s clean. The room was clean. The staff were all very nice and welcoming , they gave me and my partner a free breakfast because we were there celebrating a birthday which was nice. Complimentary coffee in the lobby is a nice bonus!

Good Location you have to Pay for Parking for some Reason… The Bar is Over Priced cheaper to go a few blocks away . Not really worth the price that you would have to pay once you add it all up.

Very friendly staff, clean and decent room. No breakfast and were charging too much for what they had. Not a lot of choices to eat at in walking distance. Not as close to downtown as I thought it would be. Definitely could not walk. Highways all around.

We were celebrating our 55th marriage anniversary. The hotel was nice and reasonably priced. The parking was not free but operated by a third party. So I used my credit card to pay for two nights parking got a printout verification showing we had paid for two nights parking. The next week we get a letter from the parking company stating we owe for two nights parking at $77.00/ night. We check out and discarded our receipt. There is no record on my credit card. We have to pay or risk our car being booted. No recourse. Be careful

Winner, winner chicken dinner!!
Hotel was clean, bed comfortable, shower nice and strong with good temperature. The breakfast was pretty good, but not great, although they did have a lot of food choices. Overall, I’d highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. It is 18 mins from the airport but that equates to a $30 Uber. $40 to get to the mall. The breakfast buffet was good. The menu for room service not so much.

Excellent hotel
Liked this hotel. It has a nice bar at the lobby. Very nice room. It has microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom has everything you need. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows. Full breakfast (additional charge). You have to pay for parking.
