Ballpark territory

Staff was excellent, clean room, comfortable beds, and overall just a great experience. Plus there is a free trolley to the ballpark, and if that's too full it's only a $5 uber ride.

Great Hotel New Clerk was RUDE!!

Very nice and clean spacious rooms the only problem the new clerk was so rude!!! However no other complaints they even let us stay till after 10.00 pm in the pool... highly recommend👌🏾

Nice hotel cheap amenities

Breakfast ofcourse they charge for it ....lol....most hotels offer it for free. Not this one the bedding and linens are as cheap as the toliet paper and bath products.

Not staying here next year

My girlfriend, I and another couple, booked a room to stay the weekend to attend an event at AT&T Stadium. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We were hoping to catch a ride on a shuttle to the stadium, but the hotel had a 3rd party shuttle service that was charging $15 per person to travel less than 2 miles so we drove to the nearest stadium parking lot and saved money. As we were leaving the room to check out on the final day the television located in the elevator corridor over heated and was smoking from the back side. we contacted the front desk and told them what was going on and pulled the tv off the wall and unplugged the power source. The maintenance worker showed up and was very appreciative of our help, but the staff at the desk made no effort to thank us as we checked out.

Love the shuttle! Bar is nice and serves food late. Sheets are not the softest and the beds are average.

Just passing through

After flying into Dallas we stopped to stay here before driving to south Texas for a funeral. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast and restaurant staff were awesome! It wasn't cheap but it was well worth the comfort!

Cowboys game

The hotel had a great location. They don't provide a hotel shuttle service to the stadium, but allow a "for hire" service in their lobby. That service dropped us off a block away from the stadium, but the pick up spot was located 3 blocks away. In the pouring rain, it was a long walk.

Nice folks, overpriced hotel.

Check-in wasn't until 2:30 :( (we had a game too see). Our view...a brick wall. Transportation from/to the airport was complementary which was nice. Morning transportation was hourly ONLY...6am for us. Breakfast begins at 6am. Do you think management gets the hint here? We mentioned this, "doors will open early" they said, not the case...although we tried. The bed was lumpy, pillows hard, hot water handle broken, toilet kept running, and the shower head was broken as well. Two hundred dollars a night? You decide. I've learned over and over again from visits that most Texans are very nice folks (including the Cowboy fans). These employees were kind as well.

Great hotel close to stadium

Close to stadium but we were under the impression of a free shuttle...it was $15 a person.
