Close to Six Flags ect, but horrible restaurant.

Cons: The service and staff
The hotel restaurant had terrible service. Waited 30 mins and never received our food. We asked for the manager and we were told we couldn't see him because he was cooking the food. We finally left with no breakfast and had to go across the street to the iHop.

I am so sorry that you experienced such terrible service in the restaurant. I will pass this info on to their department heads so that they can address the issues and ensure that they are not experienced by other guests. I do hope that you will give us another shot. Very nice hotel!

Very clean hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was already on so it was soo nice and cool. The only problem was the front door not locking right but they fixed it right away. I will stay here again for sure!

Nice hotel

Nice hotel but for us we would've liked to have seen a more comfortable bed. Also if your going to see a rangers game make sure and find out which red trolley you take after the game. There are three different colored signs blue, red, and yellow. Took us awhile to get back to hotel after game.

Nice hotel.

Pros: The room was large and the extra sofa bed was great for our 10 year old.
Cons: The pool was not in service.
Location: The grill was perfect for dinner. We did not want to drive to a restaurant and happy with the onsite bar and sport's grill.
Comfortable and hotel staff was excellent. We wanted a larger room and staff changed us from two queen beds to a room with a king size bed plus a sofa bed with two TVs.

Worst hotel ever

Don't waste your money, you can find a lot less expensive room that don't have a/c and beds like rocks and their pool would probably actually be open

I am very sad that you did not enjoy your stay with us. It looks like you had issues with the A/C unit in your room as well as the pool being closed. I am so sorry this is how your stay was best summarized. I do know that we had an cleanliness issue with the pool and we made the decision to close it to clean it properly before it was used by guests again. This is definitely the exception and not the rule. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. As for the A/C issue, I would love to know what room you stayed in so that we can have our maintenance team check it before any other guests stay in that room and experience the same issue. I do hope that if you are in the area again you will give us a second chance. Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated as without it we wouldn't know how or where to improve.

Pros: Nice restaurant. Nice lobby.
Cons: Bed comfort.
Location: Across street from Six Flags Texas and many attractions.
Check-in was too long with only one clerk at peak check-in time. Beds were hard as rocks.

Holiday Inn Arlington

Pros: Was nice and staff was friendly and helpful
Location: Baseball and football stadiums close by. Restaurants and food stores & others few minutes away.
Close to Cowboys Stadium and has transportation to and from stadium. Cheaper than parking at stadium and less hassle.

Nice hotel close to six flags and AT&T Stadium.

Cons: Staff knowledge of surrounding area.
Location: Six Flags over Texas, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys
Everyone was friendly and provided shuttle service to the AT&T Stadium.
