Hotel was nice Staff was good Food drinks were great However, we were in room 326 for a wheelchair room, which was alright, i would prefer a shorter bed but the main thing was that the shower was installed incorrectly, it's beyond maintenance, you need a contractor to redo the whole thing as the shower was placed in the highest point of the room, so all water that goes to the edge floods the whole room every shower

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and up to date rooms, showers are huge and hot water last! Cery comfortable beds! Will stay again! ALL the staff i came in contact with was VERY Happy, friendly and helpful!

Hugo was a great guy. And a pleasant safe face after a terrible experience we had at a different hotel the night before. Hugo should be promoted to hotel facility manager, he was very professional and kind us.

Stay before Fly out for vacation
Very friendly and helpful front desk. The rooms were a little worn, shower faucets were loose and didn’t work property but enough to shower. Shuttle was excellent and so was the driver. We could leave our car while we flew out for vacation without a problem.

The property was clean and the staff was very courteous. The area around the hotel was quiet and allowed easy access to many of the popular attractions in the DFW area. Dining options and the bar was also a plus.

I recently stayed at this hotel for an interview I had close by. I was there for only one night, but this night/next morning was incredible!! I mean seriously, some of the friendliest staff and cleanest rooms ever. There was a little hiccup where I was given the wrong room at first, but once I went back down to the front desk and explained the situation, I was accommodated right away!! By the way that king mattress, so comfy - and the restaurant and free breakfast inside of the hotel was delicious. Absolutely a 10/10 I highly recommend staying here!!!

Awesome stay for a Cowboys game. Close enough to the stadium for a short drive and isolated enough for very light traffic getting there.

The hotel was just far enough away from the congestion of AT&T Stadium and still conveniently located to stay right after the game. Breakfast was excellent. Great options and very friendly staff and clean everywhere.

The young lady who checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. I wish I remembered her name! My bed and pillows were super comfortable. Room was very clean. The free airport shuttle was convenient and ran very efficiently. I will definitely visit your hotel again.

Overall our stay was good. However our blinds did not work and the front desk said they were going to send maintenance and they never came. The following day we asked for more towels and then again they never came. Customer service was not up to its standards.

It was convenient to my travel destination. The outer portion of the property could use some work. Water buildup around the garbage and electrical fenced in areas. Stone walkway is a tripping hazard, uneven surface.
