It was okay....but the handicap shower setup allows water to actually spill out on the floor. I would hate to imagine someone that was handicap try and walk on that. They would slip! There was also a fire alarm at 3 am and we overheard them saying that there was something wrong with the alarm. You would think they would offer free breakfast or something as a courtesy to those of us that had to be outside at 3am.....but no.

room not ready

Pros: clean and bright
Cons: more intelligent front desk
Location: good location
I arrived at 12 Am desk man said room would not be ready for another hour. I asked him to call me in an hour to verify room ready or not. He never called so I came back at !:30 and room was still not ready I asked why he didn't call, but he lost my phone number

Nice and close to airport

Very nice hotel but I got some stuff stolen out of my room when I went down to the lounge for dinner. Just my luck that during my stay there were some dishonest people in the hotel.

Convenient and well maintained

Pros: Well maintained
Location: Not an attractive location (surrounded by highways) but close to the DFW airport
The rooms are a bit tight, and they don't have rooms with queen size beds - only full size ones. During our stay the hotel had a fire alarm at 2am night (apparently originating from the kitchen), which lasted for over 30 minutes. As a consequence the kitchen was close the next morning - no hot breakfast. Still the hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Having a free shuttle to the airport was a plus.

The staff was on too of taking of my lost reservation. Very courteous and prompt. The day and night staff was very friendly. Especially the day manager, she took food care of us. Thank you

Comfy and welcoming

The staff was great and the room was very clean. The bathroom was really small but that's not really a problem. The important thing was that it was clean. The housekeeping staff was so friendly as well. The breakfast was great and overall my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay.

Our experience was not worth what we paid for. First, it's game day and they were under prepared to accommodate everyone for breakfast. We were unable to eat before we went to the stadium. That was beyond frustrating, expecially when you book a hotel room for such reasons and spend over $130 a night. After the game we got back at a later hour and decided to stay another night. Eliana, the night manager, took care of us and gave us free breakfast to make up for the night before. When I got in bed I kept smelling coconut. I do not wear anything coconut and I found this to be strange. Once I started smelling my sheets I found it. Apparently, whom ever slept in the bed before me was wearing the coconut perfume. You see stuff like that on TV but, you would never think it would happen to you right? How would you feel sleeping in a bed like that? And the price we paid....ridiculous. I would expect it from a room that cost us $30 but not here. This was a terrible/costly experience and we WILL NOT be wasting our hard earned money here again. Apparently, you need better management and lower the cost of your rooms.
