Hotel needs updating & new food service manager

This was a very disappointing stay in a normally good chain. The room was furnished with a very hard and uncomfortable chair, television/cable that could not tune basic channels and a bed that resulted in backaches. If that wasn't enough the phone would ring late in the evening every night but nobody would be there. Once a hotel employee banged on our door at 1030 pm stating he wanted to check the spelling of my name. The hotel breakfast was not good. Every so called hot item was cold. I don't like paying a high breakfast rate and getting cold eggs, cold bacon and cold potatoes. normally, breakfast is included at this price. I can't recommend this hotel. I was happy when it was time to leave.
