Great hotel with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Comes with Dove Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. breakfast was good. Hotel was extremely clean and quiet.

Lack of parking. Room given was a long way to front desk & keycards didn't work upon reaching room. Had to return for new key cards The room arrangement wasn't the best. Just aOK stay

Beds were to “fluffy”, restroom tile grout nasty as well as baseboards. It’s the little things sometimes that people look at. People stomping upstairs and at breakfast, male guests hang out staring at female quests. Other than all this it was a good stay, but maybe more breakfast options for those practicing Lent.

The first room was not clean and looked/smelled as if carpet had vomit. Front desk took care of immediately moving me to another room and was very polite and apologetic. Remaining stay was acceptable.

The toilet was clogged and no one helped. There was stains on the walls and there was dried nasal mucus on the ceiling and around the bed walls. Would not stay again.

Staff was really nice. However this was the nosiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The walls are thin, I couldn’t hear people next door to me talking and arguing all night. I could hear people above me jumping and stomping all hours of the night and day. The halls are extremely loud in the morning, I woke up to noise constantly my entire stay. This hotel isn’t for sleeping. The only thing I didn't like about my room was the smell and you could tell it was the carpet. The carpet was stained BADLY!! The tub was chipping paint and the curtains were stained as well. I loved the fridge and microwave in my room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic stay and Highly recommend!
This hotel was amazing! The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was very clean and maintained very well. The staff were friendly and our check in was the fastest I think I've ever had. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

NOISE NOISE NOISE Nasty hotel
So loud and noisy well into the night and past 1:30AM. I know they received several noise complaints. It was so loud I almost called the police. Other hotel guests were rude and extremely loud all night. I will never stay here again, and I am also finished with hotels.com My room was also missing several necessities. Goodbye, hotels.com and Holiday Inn. I’m booking through Marriott from now on. Thankfully, Marriott values their guests, and they pay attention to every detail.
