The hotel appeared very dirty and was in a sketchy part of town. Our room key didn’t work. We ended up staying elsewhere. Good customer service though.

When we arrived to our room, the door was open, so needless to say my son had myself and my grandsons go down the hallway until he could enter and check to make sure the room was safe to enter. I then had to clean “something red” off of light switch and door frame in bathroom before we could use it.

The property was older and a bit run down. The highway traffic noise was a bit too noisy for me. The staff were kind and helpful and did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The in room mini Keurig brewer for coffee was nice since we weren't early birds.

Please stay somewhere else if you can. The area/location is sketchy. There was a discount liquor store outside your window. There were lots of people and activity in the parking lot all night long. The walls are so thin you can clearly hear conversations from both adjacent rooms. On the last night we returned and there was no hot water to shower. I also killed a cockroach in the bathroom. I asked for another room but apparently the boiler system was down throughout the hotel. The wasn't any management on staff that night. I checked out the next morning at 5am and not able to speak with anyone because i was traveling. I just called and waiting to hear from someone.

The hotel had a bad sewer smell when you walk in and the rooms did as well. Told front desk and all she mentioned was it was coming from the food area. It was horrible smell to stay in and the rooms was the same with the smell.

Old, dirty, not well maintained
I have been to very old hotels in other places and they atleast cleaned the carpets and couches so there weren't visible dirt stains and dust. The a/c and heating unit had so much dust in the vents aling with cereal bits. The door to the room had a half an inch gap on the bottom which let all the sounds of the hallway through.

Sleepless Hotel
Totally disappointed! Hotel smelled like cigarettes, coke machine out of order, bathroom lighting so dark I had to bring lamp from table in to see to put makeup on!! Pillows were so thick & room was so noisy had people banging on doors all night!

This hotel is wonderful we r from Arkansas and this is our second time staying with them 😄 we checked out and my son three hours later told me he left 140 dollars of his money under his pillow back at the hotel after we checked out 😊we called and they found the money under the pillow and had it at the front desk for him he is only 13 a big thanks to all the staff and housekeepers there
