Good Place...Good People!!

Last minute book from Expedia due to a family emergency in a hospital close by. Hotel was super clean and the night and morning staff were great. Breakfast was AWESOME!

Our hotel was nice and clean, the only downfall was that it only serviced the hospitals and the airport, my only wish that it would have serviced The American Airline Center since it's in 3 miles away with its van service. All other things were pretty good.

Ten minutes from the airport and downtown Dallas. Clean hotel, friendly staff and a good free breakfast.

Excellent stay

I was in Dallas for 3 days. I had excellent experience here. The room was clean, the breakfast was decent. They provide a shuttle service to/from the love field airport except for the weekend,, since I did not know that, they where nice and refunded the cab charges in my way back to the airport during the weekend. Great experience!

Better options out there

Pros: Other than the staff, not much to be honest.
Cons: Better TV connections. Security in parking lot to clear out some of the vagrants. Luckily I was only there for a business trip.
Hotel is not in a good area at all. Lot's of vagrants in the area. Approached 3 times by different people and I was only there 1 evening.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Great place to stay if you are traveling for business.

Ring the Alarm

This is the second time I have stayed at a hotel and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night. While other guests had their stay refunded, because I had booked through hotels.com, the manager said I had to receive my refund through hotels.com. While disappointing, the manager provided me his business card and said he would help in any way he could. Other than that our stay went well. Traffic in Dallas is congested. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Walls are made of tissue paper beware!

Shower and toilet were excellent. Bed was comfortable. But the walls, oh the walls! I mean, they had walls so you couldn't see into the other room but they didn't do much else. I feel like I know so much more about my neighbours stay than I would like to. For those that don't get my obliqueness, the walls let all sound go through. I mean all. So be careful and remember, we don't all enjoy music and singing and , ahem, other stuff at 5am.
