Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The doors to our room wouldn’t shut easily. It had one elevator that was slow. The tub failed to drain correctly. Breakfast was good. But i don’t think it was worth $500 for 2 nights.

Good location for the travel that I was doing. But they checked me out in the middle of my stay. Had to get new keys. Then when my stay was actually over, they charged me for extra time. They did find their error and correct it before I needed to contact them.

Would havev give it five stars, but there is no security in parking lot, the night staff dose not pay attention to the parking lot, my turck and the car next to me got broken into. My alarm was going off and they didn't even know anything was going on, also the wifi is not that good.

A little noisy.
9 out of 10. Only issue was our room was located close to highway. Dallas traffic never rests! So highway noise was an annoying. Also AC unit had a could weird sounds when cycling. All in All would stay here again. Would just make sure room was on the opposite end of the building,

First night, no parking spaces available because of 3 long vehicles parked. Not having any other choice, I parked in a special guest parking space and I informed the receptionist. It was not ok, and I was asked to move the car and to park in a place that was prohibited, since it was a fire line. I did not do it and luckily a parking became available. I did not appreciate the lack of cooperation on solving a problem that was not supposed to be mine. I also asked for a bottle of water, and I was told that it cost 2 dollars.
