Nice staff, modern clean rooms, good price. Front desk was super helpful, set us up with a King room instead of a double. Close to several shopping centers and restaurants.

Roach motel up the road had a better shower!

We were firstly not greeted at the desk. I guess what the clerk was doing behind the wall was more important. As we stood there waiting there were three women in lobby two with small children crying and screaming. He finally comes out from behind his hide out wall and greets us. Told him my name and I have reservation. My boyfriend had me reserve the room but he is paying for it, so he informs him he is a gold member and wants to see if we can get the member rate and put the points on his card. Clerk immediately takes the attitude that there is no way to do that without even checking. We paid the original price. The next morning we attempt to take a shower and the shower head is barely trickling water out. Makes for an impossible shower. I informed the nice lady at the front desk of this issue and she informed me she would have it fixed before we returned that evening. It was NOT repaired and once again a shower was almost impossible!! $115 a night for rude service as well as no shower is not acceptable in my books. We had two other people in our party at a motel down the street that had a great shower. They only paid $60 a night. Just sayin. Room 316 don’t stay in it if you like a shower!

easy on and off of I-30. We were in town for convention downtown, made it easy to go back and forth.

Nice Staff and Great Location

Location: Great Location. Arboretum was excellent. Fair Park Children's Aquarium is excellent. Plenty shopping and eating places within 10 min.
Went with quick trip to visit arboretum and Fair Park. Location made travel to and from these locations very easy even without getting on the Interstate. Variety of eating places all in close vicinity. We even ended up going to Towneast Mall...which again was easy to get to from the Hotel. Check in was extremely fast and smooth...even though we showed up early. All staff we encountered were very professional and friendly. When we booked though Expedia, it looked like there was no breakfast served on weekends. We were happy when we realized this was not the case. Breakfast variety was good (we were traveling with two toddlers) and breakfast area was kept well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
