Homewood Suites Dallas Allen

The hotel was fine and the staff seemed very nice. The breakfast attendant on our second day went above and beyond. We were grateful to be able to check in early, and left our stuff in the room and went to a conference for the rest of the day. At night, when we turned down our bed, we were surprised to see the sheets were marked with remnants from the previous guests. We called to ask for new sheets. The first phone in the room didn't work, but a second one did. They sent up new sheets, but no apologies were offered, nor did they make the bed for us. It was as if we had asked for extra towels they only needed to drop off. We asked what to do with the dirty sheets and they said leave them in the room, but when my husband questioned that, they said we could put them in the hall. And breakfast on our first day was not setup until at least 15 mins after the starting time. Since we had to leave for an event, we missed it.
