Only a couple of electrical outlets worked & those by the kitchen sink & bathroom sink no lamps worked bc of no outlets working water in kitchen floor from the dishwasher I spoke with Expedia to try & get compensation & have yet to hear anything back very disappointed in the way this has been handled!!! They said I would hear from them 72 hrs but have heard nothing!!!

Good location in the Allen Texas area. Breakfast includes hot items - usually eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Our room on the 2nd floor at the rear of the hotel was quiet. Lots of families and pets staying here this holiday week. Good value stay.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The common areas and room were clean and nice. Did not receive cleaning service during my stay which was disappointing. Also the fitness center was missing all the free weights below 20 pounds

Friendly front desk staff, clean rooms, and festive holiday decore. Areas of improvement (over a 5-night stay): - ultra-processed breakfast food - the pool was closed, and the water looked green - the basketball backboard was shattered and broken (shards on the court) - of the two treadmills in the gym, one was only functionally - no fresh towels in the gym - the bathroom floor next to the gym hadn't been cleaned for a long time

Watch out for extra fees charge to you!
The hotel was comfortable. The room service is only every other day. When we checked out, I try to ask for a receipt and the check out person told me b/c it's booked through 3rd party they can't print out. I even ask him if my balance was zero? he said yes. Will he lie. When I got my bank statement back, they charged me additional fees total to be 83.38...one of hidden fees was $4 parking fees. When I called, front desk couldn't even explain the other two fees other then the parking fees was charged for! I'm not staying at a place that are sneaky at charging you extra like this. That's bad business.

Do NOT stay here. Room was FILTHY!! Dirty walls furniture all chipped phone didn’t work no tissue provided wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls dirty dishes in the cabinets and I did NOT get the room I booked and paid for. I tried to talk to the front desk who showed ZERO customer service! All he wanted to do was blame the 3 rd party I booked thru but their paperwork was correct. We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and do to our experience this weekend we will NOT be returning. I did video everything I’ve documented so if you’d like to receive that I’d be more than happy to provide. I’ve worked in customer service for over 30 years and if I had employees like the man who checked us in I would be embarrassed. I wasn’t asking for ANYTHING other than the room I booked and paid for but what we got was a Motel room people rent by the hour. I even tried to ask if I could at the very least get a refund for the difference in the room I paid for versus what we rcvd and I was told he couldn’t do that. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

There is a charge for parking not made clear on website, did not realize until charge showed on my bill at check out. Hotel was in a convenient area to visit our grandkids easy in and out. We had a suite with 2 queens in 1 room and a sofa bed in the living area/kitchen combination, very nice. BUT, no suitcase racks in the bedrooms so had to put all on the floor and the sofa bed mattress too used, needs replacement. I did appreciate the fresh bedding for the sofa bed, but had to go to pick it up at front desk.

Comfortable bed, quiet room. We booked a suite, have stayed there numerous years. Convenient location while visiting family; convenient shopping as well. However, a marked decline this time. Lack of maintenance such as worn edges on some wood furniture and wallpaper separated in bathroom. The kitchen lacked a microwave which we needed, no oven either which we could have gotten by without. . . . bought a pizza at the grocery store to eat in the room then discovered there was no way to cook it despite having a kitchen. Housekeeping is by request which was fine since we prefer that except waste bags were set out in the hall by other guests.

I'd stay here again! Room was sizable, well laid out. My only complaint was that the wifi was poor/intermittent, which was frustrating because I was traveling for work and needed to work from the room during my stay.

The pool was closed, it honestly doesn’t look like it’s been open for months, the pool gates have a permanent closed sign and the pool furniture is completely ripped up (it was closed the last time we stayed here in March as well) the website and phone message both say pool, no mention of it being closed If they are not going to fix it and are going to keep it closed permanently they should update their list of amenities. All of the outside garbages were full and not changed regularly

Everything was great in the beginning, but then the second night my child had an accident and we had stripped the bed and we asked three times for new bedding, and when we got back that night he had not been done and nobody was there to help in the front desk I does not have any bedding that was clean I got married this day and when I got back to the hotel, this is what I had to deal with There is a stains on the carpet and the place definitely needs update Nobody ever turn the lights on around the pool at night and there was never any clean towels
