Brief stay in Dallas

Property is easily accessible off the freeway, afternoon staff friendly. The night staff needs more people only one person at the front desk with multiple responsibilities, so any assistance that a checked guess may need will be delayed. The breakfast was ok, coffee was excellent, overall given location and room rate I would stay again and there's free parking .

Convinient hotel to go anywhere in Dallas

Nice place if not a little pricey

There are two gripes. The sofabed (for our two kids) had the most bizarre wire frame "mattress" that I feel sorry that they slept on it, in hindsight I think it was missing the padding layer. On check in the clerk stated needed to charge my card an extra $50 for incidentals...this fact was missing on Hotels.com "check in" facts. Wasn't a problem but it led to some initial confusion that could have been avoided if it had been disclosed initially as a fully refundable deposit. Had to use a towel to cover the huge gap under the door to hallway as light was glaring through.
