The staff was so friendly and made our trip very pleasant. The meals included were good quality. The free food given drink social events on weekdays was a very nice surprise.

Complimentary dinner and drinks...Nice perk!!

Posted Mar 24, 2016
Pros: Complimentary dinner and drinks, spacious rooms, proximity to American Airlines Arena
Cons: handshower in the shower wasn't working as well as it could have
Location: American Airlines Center, Downtown Dallas
We were surprised by the complimentary dinner and drinks/happy hour because we weren't expecting that. The suite was a great size, plenty of room for the 4 of us. We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay there next time we're in Dallas.

Great place to stay for families

Posted Mar 19, 2016
Pros: The friendly staff and the comfy beds
Cons: Have water available all the time, not just tea and water. Have more outlets between the beds. We had to unplug the clock to charge our phones, etc
Location: We aren;t from the area, and besides Whataburger, nothing close enough to walk to, but they shuttle driver will take you places for free
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was a great stay. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the people who heelped with the morning breakfast. The breakfast was GREAT, especially for being free. There were several hot items to choose from. The free dinner in the evening was also nice, although I would treat it more like a snack, but a very good snack. The rooms are spacious, and it was very nice having a full kitchen and a regular size fridge. The beds were super comfortable. We would definately stay here again!

Staff was very friendly. The room was ok. We stayed in a King suite and the kids slept on the sofabed. There were sheets for the mattress, but no actual blankets for them in the room. The appliances were dated, but served their purpose.

Good hotel, mostly good service.

Posted Mar 15, 2016
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was very kind. Expedia needs to update the pet fees. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed the fee was $125 instead of $75. They stated that they have requested Expedia change it. Although the hotel reservations line also said it was $75, but the Hilton website does say $125. The hotel should honor the $75 since they are partnered with Expedia, but the clerk did not care what Expedia showed or what their reservation line, was instead very rude and asked me "do you want to stay here or not?" I understand fees increase, but the hotel should make sure that all affiliates reflect that change.

conventiently located to downtown, HIghland Park

Posted Feb 27, 2016
Pros: Spacious rooms, quite in spite of being sold out (included big contingent of cheer leaders in Dallas for national competion
Cons: sinage
Location: Great
Great in all aspects of location, friendliness, assistance. Biggest problem was finding hotel--one narrow entrance--easily missed (twice)

Our visit to Dallas

Posted Feb 25, 2016
When we arrived for check in, we were told that there were 3 rooms ahead of us to check in so we went to wait in the lobby. We waited and waited. Eventually the lady saw us again and said that she had forgotten about us and we should have reminded her. That was an interesting start. The rooms were nice, mostly updated and clean. The "free wi-fi" did not work during our two day stay which is a big deal if you need to use your computer or are running low on data like we were. The t.v. (when we used it) frequently lost the signal and would not work. When we requested the shuttle to take us to the Maverick's game, our driver was late with no explanation or apology. The breakfast was mediocre. The location is great without being downtown. Overall, I would say that the hotel is good with the exception of customer service and wi-fi. For the price, we would stay again but I would not recommend it to others that can afford something better.
