Friendly cleaning staff and clean room.

Clean room. Pet friendly. Free breakfast. Doors need WD-40. Recommend using bright white light bulbs instead of yellow. The yellow light makes room look drabby.

Love Homewood Suites

I had a few hours to kill after checkout so the hotel staff took me in their van to the West Village for shopping and a great atmosphere, then picked me up and took me to the airport -- complimentary. I gave a good tip, though! The complimentary breakfast was so-so. I would have liked to see pans of scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon/sausage. There was only a piece of chicken between a biscuit and some warmed over tater-tots and pancakes for hot food. That's the ONLY negative about the stay.

A good choice, overall

the trip was with a group of ladies for a conference at the AA Center. There was a glitch with one of the rooms in that some of the guests decided to extend their stay so that caused an "over booking" situation and the suite originally reserved/confirmed was not available. The hotel worked to solve the problem by giving the two people in our group who were not going to have a room two king suites & charging them 1/2 the regular rate. They weren't happy because they wanted to room together but the hotel staff said they couldn't do that. They roomed together anyway & this left one room unused but still charged for.

B-Day/Garth Brooks 4-Day Getaway

My wife and I had a little getaway for her B-Day/Garth Brooks weekend. The hotel was in a great spot for our needs. DART was right up the road for the Garth Brooks show so we had easy access to and from the concert. The breakfast was good and they had many other food items to choose from. They also offered a convenient happy hour for 2 hours with food and drink. The room was very spacious for our needs, and I’m always choosing a hotel that has a full kitchen as well. We had minor issues with the internet but it was resolved. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I would stay there again if another event happens in the future!

It was a quick getaway and I had a hard time choosing a hotel. I am so glad that I chose Homewood Suites because I was surprisingly happy with my accommodations. Comfortable and very clean.

Nice suite, but note- NO OVEN!

The room was nice and clean, although we were disappointed that our suite w/kitchenette came with only a microwave and not a full oven. The master bed was really nice and comfortable, but the pull-out couch bed was very spring-y.

Unhappy in Dallas

Our room wasn't ready, had an hour in a half wait, front desk staff was rude. The only shining light to this hotel was the manager that actually explained why the room wasn't ready and he worked diligently to get us ( my elderly parent) in a room,
