Three week stay was good.

Pros: Maria at the Front Desk was awesome and the breakfasts were great.
Cons: The female cook was not friendly.
Location: Downtown Dallas is close, Take the trolley ride!
Excellent service from Maria at the front desk and the gentleman that was the cook. A couple of the employees could learn to smile more, and one was downright rude when she told me to "Ask him yourself" for milk for the coffee. All in all, a good stay. The nightly social hour could have something more on their "salad" nights, but Asian and nachos were yummy!

Nice hotel in convenient location

Pros: Convenience, price, cleanliness, size of room, breakfast, cocktail receptions and room wifi included in the price.
Cons: Add bar to hotel. Hotel has a very nice lobby and pool; would be nice to set up a bar for evening cocktails.
Location: Homewood is close to downtown & uptown Dallas and near many major highways. Deep Ellum is 15 minutes away and has a lively night life.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel had great coffee service. Coffee readily available in lobby morning through evening as well as flavored creamers.

We never stay at pricy hotels above $100/night but I had expedia points and this fit our budget. I was very happy with this hotel for the price! Room was great and we even got a free pack n play for our little one to use. The room amenities were clean and great. This stay was better than I expected. Will definitely try to stay at this chain of hotels again

Nice hotel close to downtown

Pros: pricing, courteous staff.
Cons: make sure that the customers are not double charged if they booked the hotel online through Expedia or etc. I was charged by Expedia and by the hotel

Great breakfast and close to the interstate!

Pros: Great breakfast and helpful, friendly staff
Location: Puppet show at the Hilton and Mideval Times
We needed an early check-in and the staff was awesome in quickly helping us.

Excellent hotel and location close to downtown D

Pros: Room was spacious and excellent for a family of 5.
Cons: Bathrooms could use some TLC. They need re-caulking and one of the bathtubs had a small rusty crack that could be fixed with porcelain paint.
Location: Very close to downtown, close to the Perot Museum of Science, Aquarium, Zoo, and everything downtown has to offer.
Great location; close to Love Field and only 1.5 miles from downtown. Room was spacious, breakfast was excellent, plenty of food and good variety. Afternoon social was good, not meant to be dinner, but a good snack.

Good stay for work

Was here for a convention. Location was good to get in and out of the convention area. Price was great for that time.
