Check in was affected by a chain wide computer system failure. On site management would not accept credit cards due to system malfunctions. Multiple guests, myself included, were made to stand in the lobby until solution could be found. Ended up utilizing Hilton app instead of Expedia app to virtually check in which solved my issue for my stay, but not for others

This property was ok. They didn't have any toiletries that most hotels provide. When I asked theu said they had been ordered. We had to go out and by hand soap, dish soap, paper towels. Most hotels like this have these things already. I was also charged a seperate charge but was never notified as to why. It was ok and good enough to stay for that weekend.

TV did not work in our bedroom. Continental breakfast was absolutely horrible. Credit card machine did not work during check-in. No introduction to or about the property during check-in; was just told to insert my credit card without any explanation why. Never saw any housecleaning staff during my 3 day stay.

With a large on-site parking lot, a parking fee should not be charged. It isn't a down-town property requiring a parking garage structure. Other than that and room freshen-up every other day vice every day an outstanding property and a great stay!

Check-in was less than expected. We were left waiting with no explanation. The battery in the smoke detector was low and began chirping. We spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and he was of no use. How hard would to have been to send someone to change the battery or give one to us and let us do it ourselves. We eventually removed the cover of the smoke detector and removed the battery ourselves so we could get some sleep. Otherwise, the hotel was nice.

The property itself was nice, what I didn’t know was there is no cleaning of the room until your 5th day on the property. Housekeeping did not replenish towels, toilet paper or empty trash in a fully furnished kitchen room. You had to call and go to the front desk to retrieve it yourself. Such a huge inconvenience for the amount of money you pay. We stayed Fri-Mon.

Easing a dreaded journey
Providing transportation for my friend understand surgery at Methodist Hospital. Was able to get a late check out so I didn’t have to spend as much waiting in an uncomfortable hospital chair. Great breakfasts-nice guy keeping it and the coffee stocked.

Overall the property was clean. I didn't like that the air return in the room, looked to not have ever been cleaned since they opened and gave me bad allergies which led to me hardly get any sleep. They also had local parking, yet you had to pay for it, didn't make sense...

You could tell they have made improvements to the property but it would feel even better if renovated again. I tried to ignore spots on furniture and carpets that made me feel like it wasn’t clean. The shower was clean and the bedding too, so that helped. The breakfast was okay. Loved the amount of space we had to relax a bit.

Satisfied with my Stay
My stay was magnificent. No matter if I stay at 3 or 5 Star, I always wipe down the common areas and check the mattress. And from my typical routine, I would say that the room (single king-size room) was well maintained. Everything was very clean which allowed me to be comfortable in the space. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay from start to finish. Our check in was smooth, as was our checkout. The staff was very warm and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket for my toddler and she hand delivered it herself within 5 minutes. Breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold options. Everything was fresh. Our room was clean and very comfortable. This was our first stay at Homeward Suites in Dallas but we are fond of this chain and have stayed with them before on previous vacations. They’re great for families! Kitchens are stocked with a microwave, stove and refrigerator. As well as plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Perfect for a traveling family. Would absolutely stay at this location again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful hotel! The property was fresh and updated and the suites are spacious which is ideal for a longer stay. Lovely breakfast area and breakfast options. Best part was the amazing staff who always greeted you with a smile. This definitely will be the hotel of choice when I return.
