Close to galleria and many eating places

Found a used shower cap and a hair in our sink... I called ahead to let them know we would be checking in late and we would need all the linens for the sofa bed but when we got to our room we had no sheets, covers or anything for the sofa bed.. and when I called the front desk.. which it was past midnight they told me they would see what they could find.. other than that the room was beautiful exactly what we were expertly minus the little hiccups we had.. also breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!!

Great kind and lovely place to stay

My GPS was a bit confused in finding this hotel, but after an extra right hand turn, it was fine! The hotel is in an odd area, but once inside, it is lovely. The hotel staff was so friendly. Everyone I walked by greeted me kindly! Check in was easy. The room is big with a separate living room and even a kitchen. Two tvs that easily swivel to all areas of the living room was nice too. They had a happy hour and a breakfast that came with the hotel but I didn't partake. However, good coffee in the morning in breakfast area.

Perfect stay

The separate bedroom area was perfect - the kids got the sleeper sofa and were in their own area so we could watch tv after they went to bed.

Clean and Friendly

I've stayed here twice after having my chemotherapy treatments and each time was very nice. The staff greet you with a smile and are very friendly. Yes! I'll be back!

Clean and friendly staff

I was in town for a doctors appointment which made me uncomfortable. After I got settled in my room it felt like I was at home. I am definitely stay here again!

Wonderful as always

We always get Homewood Suites when we can. Our family who booked at other hotels were jealous when they saw our room. Only change I'd recommend is one more waffle maker and a little easier access to the buffet bar.
