Booked a none smoking room but the hotel gave me a smoking room and said it is what it is, nothing he can help with.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you were not able to get the room you requested. I would also like to offer a sincere apology especially on the smell of smoke. I understand the discomfort this caused you. We certainly do our best to accommodate all guests’ requests, and we will be discussing room assignment processes to try to prevent these incidences in the future. I hope that the next time you are in the area, we can have a chance to make up for this.
