Aside from Staff-Mediocre

After visiting Dallas on several occasion since my youth, I was looking forward to experiencing the phenominal legend of Caroline Rose Hunt knowing her impeccable attention to detail. The hotel itself was a disappointment, but the entire staff from valet to housekeeping were of the highest calibre of service.
We were generoulsy upgraded to a suite for a very reasonable charge. The room was clean, but of little enchantment regarding decor. Snow had recently fallen and salt was in the elevator and landing on our third floor accomodation.
Rarely does the grandeur of a hotel lobby translate to the room and this is true of The Crescent. I am not sure if I would return, but the convenient location would influence my decision.
