Really fun property, centrally located to lots of restaurants. Hotel has nice amenities like free coffee bar, happy hour and suv service to nearby locations. Nice gym for hotel. Rooms are spacious

Very clean, room lovely and spacious we stayed in the king parlor. Valet staff outside were really friendly and helpful made use of their free shuttle transport. What I didn’t like was no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. Also the coffee in corridor a hassle if you didn’t want to have to get dressed to just get a coffee first thing . Housekeeping was so late in afternoon always seemed to be just as we got back from the day and wanted to just rest up before getting ready for the evening. Nice touch the cold drinks and cookie in afternoon by lifts .

This is the best boutique hotel in Dallas. So artfully decorated. Elegant and welcoming and fun. The entire staff is tremendously friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room hotel was decorated with taste. We liked the idea of there being a shuttle to take you where you needed to go withing a 3 mile radius.

Majority of star was new. Most were kind. Front desk attendant at checkout was not very pleasant, but efficient-she was. Parking was 60.00 overnight. I expected it to be part of our stay.

I didn’t receive any of my Expedia VIO rewards. No wine and also was approved for late check out and housekeeping kept banging I. The door and then my room was called to tell me it was time to leave. When I told them I was approved for late check out she said welll I see it in the notes but it wasn’t related to anyone, so I just left. Frustrating. There was also a dog barking all night. Not extremely restful

We loved Hotel Zaza! Close enough to walk to great restaurants and attractions, but the hotel shuttle (a Denali with longhorns in the grill!) definitely came in handy! Rooms were great and service was awesome, esp the valet team!!

My husband and I are only here for one night, but we are having an incredible stay. Our room is very nice, huge, clean, and we love the balcony. We received complimentary alcoholic beverages when we check in just before 4. The valet team was incredible. We were in town to explore and go to the Dallas Stars vs. Sharks hockey game at American Airlines Center (which was only 0.6 miles away but my feet were a bit sore) so I requested an Uber and one of the Valet guys told us he will get us a car/shuttle to take us for free so we cancelled and it was amazing service! The bar/restaurant was nice at night with a DJ and nice bartenders. Will definitely stay again when we come up to Dallas.

Have stayed at Zaza Houston numerous times and service is always exemplary. Zaza Dallas once held the same high standards, but not anymore. Upon check-in, I requested an upgrade and the was told by the lady at the front desk that the hotel was booked out. The room we were given smelled of mold/mildew, the mini fridge had open half empty bottles of wine inside and we had a lovely view of a large white tent. Out of curiosity, I checked the hotel website and multiple rooms were available the night of our stay and we were later informed by a hotel staff member that the hotel was only half full. I messaged the hotel to inform them of issues with room and was told I would be contacted shortly about room change. Never heard back from anyone. A hotel that once prided themselves on superior customer service needs to keep a closer eye on front desk employees at Dallas location.

The Zaza hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at… from the moment you walk in they treat you like royalty. Our room was absolutely beautiful. They offer different things every night like a bagel bar or a champagne bar. They have fresh cookies every day in the late afternoon and water and juice and candy dishes placed in different places, free coffee every morning. The bar and restaurant are open very late and the food was delicious. Every night they come in and give you a Moon cake and freshwater it’s all the little things not to mention how comfortable the bed was. The location is amazing and the fact that they will shuttle you around within a 3 mile radius is all you need. If you’re going to go to Dallas Texas, you must say the Zaza hotel.

Great hotel. Be aware you have to pay $60 a night for parking as its valet only. The staff was polite and helpful. The restaurant (Dragonfly) has good service, great drinks and nice breakfast.
