Much better than Hyatt Regency DFW. Nancy at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and Keith, the shuttle driver, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the gates, flights and told us if our flight was canceled he’d reinstate our room so we didn’t have to wait at the airport. Impeccable service and clean, quiet room.
