I stayed in a king suite. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was great many shopping stores around as well as restaurants. Very convenient location to where I needed to be.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. Everything about my stay here was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Check in was alright. The front desk was a bit brusque, but then again they had a ton of cheer families checking in. Room was decent and spacious. But I definitely didn’t enjoy my cold shower, neither did my husband. There was rust on the rack in the shower and lots of dirt/mold/cracked grout as well. The property could for sure use some sprucing up.

Carpet was very dirty with large stains TV remote didn’t work upon arrival then the replacement remote I was given didn’t work either. Changing rooms wasn’t an option because they were fully booked. Hotel needs a deep cleaning.

Convenient location, but room was in poor condition. Safety latch on door was broken. Some young guy in a hoodie was beating on our door a 4am, then started kicking it! Breakfast buffet is pretty good.

It was very strange at one point they came took all our towel except for one and emptied only one trashcan but did nothing else in our room. We were highly confused when we came in and were ready to do bath for our kids and realized there was only one towel for 4 people.

Repeat customer!
This hotel has new owners and therefore the bar has been taken out. According to the manager, the liquor license hasn't been approved. Unfortunately, the Hotels.com still shows the bar as an amenity. Breakfasts were delicious especially since a microwave is available to heat the food.

Very nice place
Love the facility. Comfy and quiet. Good location. Two complaints are the parking lot in front is very dark. Needs better lighting for safety reasons. The second is the breakfast isn't open until 6:30. There were 20 people waiting for it to open. Clearly needs to be available earlier

Elevator out of order.
The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. It appears one of the two elevators is out of order for a long time and staff said there are no plans to restore elevator #2. Therefore, to go from the 6th floor to the lobby can take 5 to 10 minutes. When going from #6 to #1 the elevator stops at almost every floor to collect more passengers and it becomes rather crowded at times. If elevator #2 stops working visitors will need to climb the stairs up and down several times a day. If that should occur Hyatt Place will lose a lot of customers because most people are not able to climb the stairs with luggage The housekeeping staff uses the only operating elevator with their equipment and there is no room for them on occasions.

I want a refund, but using a different card.
We checked in at 1:30 am. The room was not very clean and the air conditioner was very loud. It woke us up when it came on during the night. I requested a different room the next day. The a/c was quieter, but still dirty. We checked out that day. I am requesting a refund for the days not stayed.

This cannot be a Hyatt. The carpets smell of marijuana (skunky smell), stained and dirty. Coffee machine is broken. The bathroom drain doesn't work. When we arrived, check-in staff had earphones on, didn't care about customers (granted it was 2 am, so probably not "A" staff). On the 2nd night, called front desk that room 605 has marijuana smoke coming out of it and the entire hallway and our room is full of pot smoke and loud noise. The front desk did not care. One of the worst experiences ever. Wouldn't give this hotel 1 star.

Great stay
The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. More than enough space for a family of 5. The staff was very friendly and easy check in also easy check out. The breakfast was just what we needed to prepare to leave the hotel. Pros:the hotel cleanliness and quiet location Cons:the conjoining rooms were not so great upon arrival,the guess next door were kind of loud but hey I had 2 babies so I probably was loud too. The beds were soft and comfortable. The sofa bed was big enough to sleep 2 if needed. Only thing it was missing a blanket so we got it from the front desk. We will definitely book this place if we need it again in the near future. Used my credit card to check in and a fee was charged but was returned very fast maybe 2 days later.
