the hotel was pretty good. It is an old hotel that has had a pretty awkward remuddle. There is also no onsite parking even though it slyly advertises there is. Yes, there is, but its city parking lots easily available in any case. All that being said, its clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is pretty good and the coffee is hot. I would stay here again.

The property is close to the courthouse and downtown locations. Parking is in a public lot at a fee. Loading/unloading is available in front of the hotel, however, there isn't much room. I recommend getting there before dark to optimize safety.

The stay was in a very convenient part of town, but we had ants on the 9th floor and it just overall wasn’t stellar. Additionally the hotel was super warm when we got there. It was averaging at about 76 degrees when the thermostat was set to 70 or below.

The hotel itself is fine. No parking!! Had to walk to find parking in the rain. Don’t recomend just because of that. Everything else was fine.

Excellent location for Dallas touring! Bonus, the building has historical significance as well. The rooms are rather small, but location is excellent, breakfast is provided, and it met our needs for a quick Dallas pitstop.

There was no restaurant at the hotel even though that was advertised. There was also no parking and the parking they did provide was suppose to be at a discount with their coupon code. The coupon code didn’t work and when I told the staff this they shrugged their shoulders and told me I’d have to go through the parking lot company to get the discount. The breakfast hours they posted were also not accurate. They were late every morning serving breakfast. I am a single mom with a toddler and I thought this would be an easy hotel for us, and it was the most incovenient hotel.

Across the street from the George Allen Courthouse, very convenient for lawyers and witnesses. Price reasonable, room small but comfortable and clean with internet, microwave, and fridge.

While traveling with my young daughter for a cheer competition, they gave an adult male guest a key to my room. He attempted to get into my room at 10:30 pm at night. Thankfully I had the door latch locked and brought my own door stop and safety alarm so I was able to detour him.

My bracelet was stolen by housekeeping. Nice hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend you bring anything of value, because they will take it. Parking is also horrible.

The receptionist was exceptionally warm and accommodating. It provided peace of mind knowing there was a security system in place to ensure only guests could access the premises. While the rooms were somewhat compact, the fantastic location, mere steps away from one of America's most significant historical sites. Would return.

I have never encountered a Holiday Inn like this. Would not accept my bank card to hold for deposit, as they said it was “prepaid.” It’s an online banking but i have used that account at every other holiday inn, even out of the country. Front desk staff did not have a solution of what we could do and we had already paid in full (non refundable) on site. I was able to give them a cash deposit and no issues with receiving that back. Parking is TERRIBLE. While they list “$15 parking”, they don’t tell you that it is about three blocks away, across from a greyhound bus station, construction ongoing that you will walk through and around, and homeless all down the street. There is some sort of bar or club right next to the hotel as well so it was very loud at night. Might as well of slept in the club lol. The room was TINY. (Standard king) And when I say tiny I mean we literally had to move over for the other person to walk by to the other side of the bed. While our room was not “dirty”, it was definitely not “hotel clean.” Spots all over glass shower, dust or dirt in corners, etc.

The guy at the desk was nice.. that’s all I got for this review thats good. This place is a dump. The parking is so far, it’s so inconvenient . It’s not safe to walk from the parking lot to the hotel that is more than 2 streets away. It’s far. The room literally had a bed and a night stand because the room was so tiny 2 people wouldn’t fit to stand on one side of the bed. I was really embarrassed to stay here . The bathroom was so small.. it’s a terrible hotel. Do not recommend this hotel zero stars
