Good price, ok room

Pros: The staff was very friendly and attentive
Cons: Bathtub in my room was pretty grungy, and the sheets on our bed were very old
Location: Dallas Museum of Art is free, and there's a terrific bar across the street called Savor. Amazing cocktails and appetizers :)
First of all, please note that this is an older style hotel where the rooms are all facing an outdoor hallway. For some, I know this is a problem, which is why I mention it. My husband was initially put off by this, but decided it was such a good price for the area (and we were only staying overnight), so we stayed. The staff here is just wonderful! Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated, although the bathtub was original and I would not shower in it. Again, this was fine for us because we were heading back home the next day. The sheets on our bed were clean, but very old and could use some upgrading. We appreciated the free continental breakfast- very convenient and several options. We also enjoyed the Denny's that is next door for a yummy late night snack after our concert :) Overall, for us, this was a good experience. It was in the right location for our needs, and we Ubered everywhere for around $7-8 a ride (Dallas Museum of Art, Granada Theater).

Got a room on the highway side. Clean and comfy, only downside was the noise from the highway.

Reasonable hotel near highway.

Cons: Lighting. Towels smell strongly of bleach.
Good location and price, right off the highway which was convenient for an interview. Room was okay, a little dark and several of the lights didn't work. Clean enough.

Location Terrible

The location of the hotel was terrible as it was as good as on the "75" highway with noise all the time. I had to buy earplugs. In the middle of the night, people were walking loudly past my room. I specifically asked to be put on the 1st floor as never like being at ground level and people able to walk from street . I have never complained about a hotel before but the location of this hotel was terrible.

Bathtub and smoke alarm

Bathtub could have been cleaned better. There was a cover on the smoke alarm. I don’t know if it was because it was broken or if it had a camera installed.

OK Hotel

Pros: Location/Price
Cons: Room Quality. Appears Old, smelled like Cats have been staying there. was marginally clean. Not the quality one would expect for the price.
Location: It's Central Dallas. There are too many things to list.
Price is OK, but the room quality does not equal others in this price range. Truly disappointing. Will probably need to look for and pay more for better quality next time.

It's so comfortable here , you guys have all the main tv shoes and channels which is excellent the front desk had wonderful customer service aka Charlotte (: overall I loved it here definitely staying here again .

Close to everything

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked only a few hours before check in but everything was already ready to go when we got there. The room was very spacious and clean, though parking can be problematic. Having the Denny’s in the parking lot was awesome for late night food though. Would definitely stay here again.

Let's talk about hot water

Pros: Lobby was nice and hotel was close to where I needed to be.
Cons: room updating and better water heating
The hotel lobby is very nice and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside to the stay was lack of hot water. Not a very comfortable shower when the water is just slightly warm.
