Worst

They had roaches in the room and dogs barking all night long. The rooms are out dated and and need to be treated for roaches.

Not pleased at all!!

Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: Clean the rooms please!! Left the room early and returned late at night and room was never cleaned
Location: The location is alright there are eateries nearby but that still did not make up for the uncleanliness of the place; never booking them again
This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in; the room was never cleaned; had to go request clean towels for our second day there.

Staff was great. Room itself smelled bad.

Staff was excellent. Pool was nice. Pets allowed no problem. Only bad thing was the room smelled really bad and the floor by the AC was soaked.

Good price close to downtown

My family was happy due to the place was close to downtown. So we move throug with Ubers at low price.

Too close to freeway.

Walk in shower for handicap was grungy. Needs replaced. Parking was adequate. Breakfast was nothing but carbs. No protein, no fat for keto or low carbs lifestyle. Big disappointment.

Alternate Hotel because airport hotel lost power

Pros: Room Space
Cons: Something to quite the street noise.
The hotel staff was very friendly and spacious rooms but car noise was very loud since location was right on the freeway. Probably a decent low cost option for downtown Dallas - separate bedroom along with two double beds.

The hotel is right next to the highway, and it is very loud.

Great Location

Great experience, we were able to check in early, and was upgraded since the room originally given to us had people still in it. The staff immediately upgraded us and found a room that better suited my needs since I have a pet. The breakfast was great and wifi was impeccable.
