very nice hotel and great location

The hotel itself was great, the only complaint I have was the visions on the couch and chair in our room was stained and there wasn't any hotel information book telling us things such as breakfast times, pool times, hotel numbers etc.

Good hotel. Airport shuttle helpful, however it took a while (40 minutes) for pickup from baggage claim area at airport.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We try our best to make sure every guest is happy. Unfortunately our shuttles leave every hour on the hour and often we have a lot of shuttles scheduled. Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: Pool, breakfast, location.
Cons: Noisy AC
Very nice and friendly staff. Overall hotel was nice, only drawback was the noisy AC in the room. As weather was not hot, we were able to turn it off to sleep. Pool was nice and facilities were clean.

Room was supposed to be handicapped accessable. Had a lengthy conversation with HOTELS representative. My wife is in a chair and could not get into the bathroom and shut the door. There were no bars next to the toilet and it was a traditional bathtub/shower. Also, whe could not get on the bed, as it was too high. The clerk indicated there was no request for this from HOTELS. Will not use hotels again.

Nice hotel near Arlington

Rooms were very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was also very good & plenty for us to pick from. The front desk guy was extremely friendly & very helpful. He even helped us look up directions. This is great place & we will definitely be staying there again when in the area.

The first time we stayed there I had paid for two queen beds. When we got to our room it had a king bed and a nasty stained couch. I went down and asked about the room and the front desk person said that's all we have. My kids would not sleep on the nasty stained couch. The air conditioner made a loud noise ALL night long it wouldn't shut off. After traveling all day let's just say not much sleep was had.

Even that the hotel wasn't full, I was given a handicap room across the elevator door. Noisy and uncomfortable.
