Weekend get a way.

Good hotel, friendly staff. At 3 am someone was playing very loud music, one call to the front desk and problem was resolved quickly.

NOT SO NICE

Pros: ROOM, BED AND BREAKFAST.
Cons: HAVE A BACKUP WATER SUPPLY FOR ISSUES LIKE THIS.
Location: GOOD LOCATION TO SIX FLAGS, TEXAS RANGERS AND COWBOY STADIUM. GREAT RESTURANTS AROUND.
HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION FOR WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO. CITY HAD A MAIN LINE BREAK WHICH MEANT NO WATER TO BATHE. FRONT DESK SAID THEY HAD NO IDEA WHEN IT WOULD BE BACK UP AND RUNNING. SO THEIR FIX WAS TO HAND OUT BOTTLES OF WATER TO THE GUESTS TO TRY TO BATHE WITH. I FELT THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE REDUCED THE PAY FOR THIS BUT NO, THEY STILL WANTED FULL PRICE FOR A NIGHTS STAY. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE ELSE TO STAY IF THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE THIS AND NOT TRY TO ADJUST THE RATE.

Water issues

Everything was great except the water issues due to a broken city water line. We were not able to shower or flush toilets which made it difficult for a family of 5.

Close to AT&T stadium and six flags.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to stadium. Breakfast food was more than I expected it to be. Room service foods was ok. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel close to AT&T Stadium and next 6 Flags

This hotel is wonderful if you're looking to catch an event at the AT&T stadium or go for an adventure at six flags. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very nice. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast that comes with your stay!

Very nice hotel. Close to the stadium with great shuttle service. Free continental breakfast and a cash bar at night time! Would definitely come back again if I get back to Arlington!!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I booked a 2 night stay here over Thanksgiving for my family of 4. I picked a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch, which is what we always get at hotels. The pull out couch should not have even been called a bed, it was a one inch thin pad over metal bars. And if that wasn't bad enough, I had to use all of the towels in the room to pad the edges where the metal frame was poking out so my kids wouldn't scrape themselves. So 30 minutes into the first night we had 4 people in our bed because the kids (7&3) said that their bed was so uncomfortable. The king size bed wasn't much better, hard as a rock mattress but at least there was no metal poking you in the back. After a refreshing 5 hour long slumber of getting kicked by 3 year old feet we went downstairs to find an even more disappointing breakfast. Premade egg and sausage patties (McDonalds style), and ice cold biscuits. Yum! Both mornings it was the same so there's no way it was a one day fluke. We paid $250 a night for all of this.

Jessica, please accept my sincere apologies. I was not aware of an issue with the sleeper sofa in that room. I will definitely have it replaced. We could have brought a rollaway bed up to you instead. Please let me know when you are due to return so we can make it up to you. Billm

Dallas Vs. Ravens

We were with a group of 12 when we stayed at the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The shuttle buses were very helpful, and the drivers were very friendly.

Near AT&T Stadium.

Your staff were very helpful on Friday 11th November. We were having a problem with the room next door and they tried to get it sorted for us. But they couldn't get hold of the people so your staff moved us to another room and it was a really nice one too. Also the breakfast was really good too.... Thank you for making my stay comfortable

Ok but will look for another hotel next time

Location: The location was perfect. It was conveniently located to attractions and food.
Check in was very slow. Clerk took forever to get everyone checked in. She was obviously overwhelmed. She couldn't handle phone calls and check ins at the same time. Once in our room, it was nothing like it was advertised. We were supposed to have a king suite with a wall partition between the bed and sofa bed. The room was tiny. The couch was almost up against the bed. I was quoted $113 with tax by Expedia, but was charged much more at the hotel. I won't do this again.
